Ceres in Capricorn is really about how you both/all divide up the control and the territory, in terms of current plans, projects, roles, rights, goals and responsibilities. This is a test of your ambitions, isn’t it, Aries! This will take you awhile to iron out details.
Taurus
April 20 – May 20
If you look at the old Union Jack flag you will see England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales all divided into stripes and triangles. You must now stitch together a new flag with people from other regions, countries or nationalities. It takes time and patience.
Gemini
May 21 – June 20
You will obviously be poring over your calculator for some time as you will have to share out the money, assets, debts, investments, valuables and so on. The real sums are emotional, spiritual or psychological though. Time to price peace of mind and self-worth.
Cancer
June 21 – July 22
The other person on the distant side of the seesaw must balance with you, just as you must balance with him (or her). You could call this love or war, or justice, depending on your point of view. Rushing these things is not wise. You both need 2020 to be simple.
Leo
July 23 – August 22
You live to serve. You have a duty to perform. At least, that’s the way it’s going to be until Christmas 2020. Ceres in the practical, down-to-earth and common-sense sign of Capricorn, suggests you need to spend more time figuring out what’s fair to he/she/them.
Virgo
August 23 – September 22
Destiny declares you must set an example, lead by example (too) and find all that you can, to close a generation gap or pursue a new life with younger faces, where you all/both feel united. Nobody said it would be easy. By August, the satisfaction is rich.
Libra
September 23 – October 22
Today is about your household, extended family, home life and sense of belonging. It is also about sharing, dividing the control and reaching an almighty compromise. The new territory may be physically about the house or apartment, the town or country.
Scorpio
October 23 – November 21
Everyone has a stake in the worldwide web, and everyone has a vested interest in controlling what is said, immortalised in print or put across in photographs or clips. No wonder things are potentially so fraught, but all that is needed is a practical plan.
Sagittarius
November 22 – December 21
People or organisations will need to be paid out, and that includes yourself. There may be numbers involved, or just ‘cash in kind’ agreements. If you recently settled, have been involved in legals or are doling out funds, it wouldn’t be surprising.
Capricorn
December 22 – January 19
Ceres in Capricorn does not appear all that often, and you have your reputation to think of as well as your title. The label people put on you; what is online about you. Much as you’d love to control the whole thing, you have to submit to compromises.
Aquarius
January 20 – February 18
Where and what is the Twelfth House of your astrological chart? It’s very busy these days. From the Middle Ages onwards, we find it mentioned in reference with solitude, sin, the soul and the spirit. In the 20th century, it becomes about the psyche. It’s yours to fix.
Pisces
February 19 – March 20
Various charities, social circles, community organisations, secret societies, old friendships and the like are still the story. It takes a good stretch of time to sort something out that will be acceptable to you, as well as he, she or they. Today is a step in that direction.
