The Four Degree Line-Up of July, August 2026
Astrologers are talking about a rare pattern in the world horoscope this July and August 2026.
From July 19 to 23, 2026 Jupiter is at 4 degrees Leo. Pluto is at 4 degrees Aquarius, opposite Jupiter. Neptune is at 4 degrees Aries, trine to Jupiter. Uranus is at 4 degrees Gemini, sextile to Jupiter and trine to Pluto. We then go into August and Pluto remains at 4 Aquarius in a pattern with Neptune at 4 Aries.
If you look at this in a chart it resembles a basket.
The Barbault Basket
Some call it The Barbault Basket named after the late French astrologer. Others call it The Big Four at Four. How will you be affected? In this feature I will look at your natal chart and solar chart too. I will also look at world headlines.
Do You Have Factors at 3, 4, 5 In Your Chart?
If at 4, the timing is exact. Between July 19 and 21 you will find opportunity, transformation, an escape from the real world and new freedom. If at 3 or 5 the timing is looser, but in general, the middle of 2026 is about growth, change, alternatives and independence. Which areas of your life? The horoscope houses, or life departments, wherever you have that 3, 4, 5 degree placement.
By August we are well into the Pluto in Aquarius and Neptune in Aries sextile.
Examples of Astrology in Action
So, for example, if you have the Moon at 5 Taurus, it’s about your money, as your Moon is in the Second House of cash. If you have Saturn at 3 Cancer, it’s about your family, because Cancer rules the Fourth House of relatives.
I can take a few questions on this but you will need to be a Premium Member so I can see your chart on my screen. The timing will be different if you have 3 or 5 degree factors, not 4 degree, but we can still safely say – the second half of 2026 is historic.
Four Degree Line-Up Predictions
I have date-stamped predictions for the downfall of Mark Zuckerberg and Facebook for years and it’s coming. You could call it the Meta Empire as it also includes Instagram.
It’s the same with Elon Musk. Why? Childhood is coming back. The exploitation of children and teenagers for profit is finished. This overhauls the internet. It transforms social media.
That’s at the heart of this four-degree pattern. The death of the old worldwide web with all its problems and the start of the new web.
Trans and the Four Degree Pattern
The relentless attack on girls in particular online is doomed. Men in make-up and dresses claiming their right to be in little girls’ change rooms at swimming pools – that’s been powered by the internet.
To this we can add the wholesale takeover of the internet, which was supposed to save the world, by corporations intent on exploiting under age people. Our children, godchildren, nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell
The dark world of Jeffrey Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell and child abuse began before social media went completely out of control but that is another example of what the four-degree pattern will pick up.
Anybody who thought their money and power would get them out of the Epstein spiral is an idiot. You don’t have this rare line-up with Jupiter in Leo (saving childhood), Uranus in Gemini (the internet revolution), Neptune in Aries (names and faces) and Pluto in Aquarius (groups) without repercussions. I’ll just take that symbolism apart again.

Jupiter is best and greatest. Jupiter in Leo (childhood, children, adolescence) is ‘the best and greatest for youth.’ Every time we see it, young people are saved. What is the biggest threat to them today? The internet.
Facebook, Instagram and Meta are going to pay the price. A massive global rescue operation is coming. Four American states are seeking $1.4 trillion in penalties from Mark Zuckerberg over allegations that Facebook and Instagram have been designed to addict young users. That’s equal to Mark’s riches.

I am also going to repeat what the Daily Mirror reported in March. A huge Epstein bombshell is here this summer. The four-degree line-up is part of that. Jupiter in Leo doesn’t care how rich, famous or powerful you are. No matter how many people you’ve paid off or threatened. What is really new, with Pluto in Aquarius, is the power of the group. The power of the team.

Using the Four Degree Pattern in Astrology
How do you best use the four-degree pattern? By pursuing and accepting deep change. When the world zig-zags around you, zig-zag with it. Do not hang on to the past. Do not hold on to what you know. These wider, broader predictions I am making about the internet will have a domino effect on just about every area of life.
Your finances. Your mother. Your employer. Your brother. Your job. Your house. It goes on. However the dominoes fall for you, the bottom line with Uranus (revolution) and Pluto (transformation) is that you go with it. Not against it.
This Leo-Gemini-Aries-Aquarius line-up is unique, unprecedented and will be wholly unexpected for a lot of people, but if you know your astrology, you’ll be ahead of the curve. Apart from that, what is coming up here is a big opportunity to make or save much more money, which starts next year. That’s a little early, but from mid 2027 to mid 2028 you will be offered a new job, promotion, superior course or beneficial unpaid role. It will come naturally as you understand how to work hard for other people and how to be of service. You look after the fine details and that pays off next year, with a massive step up by 2028 if you take the opportunities. Your middle child will mend things with his father or vice versa within 12 months; things are looking up.

Thank you, that’s very kind. If your birth time is accurate then your IC and MC are correct. Based on that, this is about money and not about a job to take you away from a situation at home. What happens here is a new way of saving or making money which requires you to hang new price tags on different areas of your life. A different budget, actually. It works out when you realise that your ideas about what/who is worth it to you, are not the same as they were last year. You just haven’t adjusted; that’s all. This is the kind of financial cycle when people go mostly vegetarian; start walking everywhere; only buy secondhand. They end up feeling and being richer. This may not be true for you whatsoever, but as an example of what can change, it is worth holding up. You will do it your way.

My business has been growing since early last year and I hope it will continue on that trajectory – is that something you can see in this wave? You will find the actual business growth slows down to a normal pace now, but financially you stand to make or save a lot of money from the middle of 2027 until the middle of 2028 if you take the opportunities and solutions. The situation with your workload now will change from the second week of August; at the moment it is full of repeats, delays, rescheduling and so on, which is affecting your equilibrium. Take your time with who you hire as the division of labour, hours, the personalities of the people and the way it all works will require many months of effort, into 2027. For some reason I heard ‘Lithuanian’ clairaudiently then but I am wondering if this is you, or the questioner on the page below you, who is asking me about the World Cup! Okay, so the most important story for you between now and 2028 is the way you balance the scales with another person who is opposite to you, but equal to you. There may also be more than one partnership on this level; so, for example, a husband but also a professional partner. A friend you share a flat with, but also a dance partner. The idea of ‘one and one equals two’ is central to what happens, as if two are going to make it through, one has to be equal to…the other one. The job you end up with (or jobs, plural) will be a test of your patience so take it slowly and allow until early 2028 for the restrictions that come with the position to end. Until then you will be operating with a lot more constraints than usual, because of the hours, the people, the place or the realities of the role. I am asking you please, look at my chart, through the lens of the Four Degree Pattern as I let go the past per your guidance and embrace what is to come. Hi Jessica, as always really interesting regarding the world issues and many areas seem to be turning inside out. You may recall we moved from France back to Australia. What a ride. We had an apartment in the first 2 days declared a crime scene (not us!), moved to another with a drug dealer next door. Bought an apartment, renovated and fired a builder but finished with another. Have made friends with two couples but need to make more. Realised that my family except for my sister are not interested (narcissistic mother who has divided us). Thank you Selina. Yes, the grooming gangs are part of the long overdue Jupiter repair work on child abuse. It doesn’t matter if it happened years ago, British politicians and civil servants have covered up the Muslim/Pakistani exploitation of girls. Jupiter works 12 years back in time, so this will in fact take us back there. This is really similar to the Jeffrey Epstein set-up and yes, by the time this cycle is over in mid 2027, the repair work will be done. Ceres is close by at 3 Virgo (you have a Ceres-Uranus conjunction in the Sixth House). So this is about your daily life and routine. Feeding the cat or walking the dog. The bathroom. Your washing-up and the washing machine. It is about paid work (your job) or unpaid work (volunteering, honorary roles, caring). It is also about study which is of course work. Thank you. Juno is at 4 Libra too in the Seventh House. So the whole pattern is Juno 4 Libra, Sun 4 Virgo, MC 4 Scorpio, IC 4 Taurus. You come from a family background where at least one ancestor was consumed by money, business, charity or real-estate. He or she may have worked in those fields or their life was dictated by (say) an inheritance or property. Thank you Bea, that’s very kind of you to say. Jupiter at 4 Libra in the Seventh House is inconjunct Vesta at 4 Pisces in the Twelfth House. Every time you go into a partnership of any sort at all, you gain from it. Your husband would benefit you, if you married. A work partner would give you fulfilment. A platonic partner (tennis partner, even) would help you enormously. At the same time, these situations always trigger subconscious (Pisces) competitiveness with other females (Vesta). Or it works the other way. You unconsciously walk into situations with one male and two or more females, but find it benefits you in terms of the partner you might have. This pattern may be stopped by you if you are aware of it. If you are not, you may walk into scenarios where without realising what you are doing, you end up with men as platonic, professional or personal partners who come with one, two, three girls or women surrounding them. I am sorry your partner had an unhelpful review. He has Jupiter at 4 Aquarius, Venus at 4 Libra and Neptune at 4 Sagittarius, which is the main story here. None of this has anything to do with his career. What is unfolding as transiting Jupiter goes to 4 Leo, transiting Uranus goes to 4 Gemini, transiting Neptune goes to 4 Aries and transiting Pluto goes to 4 Aquarius – is about his friends and groups, his partnership with you, any enemy he has and foreigners/foreign countries. There may be one event which ties it all up, or there may be four separate plots in the story. Since he was a boy he has gained from clubs, teams, bands and above all, the friends he has in those circles. He may have been a cub, for example, or played football. Now he is a man nothing has changed. He learned friendship skills there which he carries into adulthood. Once again, his allies and his main community will protect him and benefit him. This article particularly resonates as I am due to start a new job as a Dental Assistant with no prior experience. Switching from the education industry and moving into healthcare is exciting. Having to take a huge paycut is definitely concerning as well but it is the way it goes. Also about to receive the keys to our new home as well although the logistics and finances of moving is proving to be quite difficult at the moment.
I have got quite a few factors in the degrees mentioned and would love some guidance from you about what these might mean for me for the future. Sun at 4 Cap, Neptune at 5 Cap, Minerva at 5 Aries, Aesculpia at 4 Virgo all seem quite significant with my job and health areas.

Thank you. Working in dentistry and losing weight are both Virgo/Sixth House matters so Aesculapia at 4 Virgo in your chart is the clue here. You were born with the ability to bring people (and animals) back from the point of no return, in terms of health. This is both physical and mental health. In fact Aesculapia was Rome’s chief healing god. His temples were worldwide and you can still see casts of limbs and other body parts, the Romans took into the temples as offerings – in museums. I dare say there’s a tooth or jaw cast in there somewhere! You will lose the weight, either with flab jabs/pills or with a radical alternative. As a Leo you have transiting Pluto (deep power and control questions) in your Seventh House of marriage, de facto partnership, separation and divorce. I do this when time is available. So, for example, today I am waiting for England V France and enjoying a cup of tea while I look at your question. Okay, so reading both your solar and natal chart for accuracy, Pluto at 5 Virgo stands out, as does the fact that you are an Aquarian with a Gemini stellium. The biggest and best workload and wellbeing transformation in 12 years is on offer to you from mid 2027 to mid 2028 and the situation will be set up now. You need and want total control with your job, course or any unpaid efforts. You also have the typical Pluto requirement to ‘own’ and run, your food, drink, fitness, doctor, dentist and so on. It seldom works and you always have to strike deals, share and compromise – either with other people or the world at large. I was having a quick look at my chart, and then I looked at my family’s and saw many factors at the 4 placement for them (I’m only at 5s), could you please have a squiz to see if things will be looking up – especially for the kids (adults) my daughter has had a turbulent year with redundancy and juggling casual jobs and finding new work, but still waiting for things to get back to normal so to speak. My son is also feeling at a crossroads with work, not sure what direction to look to move on. The only thing relevant to the pattern at 4 degrees now is your Taurus and Capricorn stellium as you are a Sun Cancer woman with stelliums in both the Second House (money) and Tenth House (career) also going through transits in your Second House (Jupiter) and Tenth House (Saturn, Neptune and sometimes Chiron). I am sorry you are going through a long divorce. I can’t see your chart here and you don’t say what you have at 3 and 5 degrees, so the best I can do is suggest you use the Tarot and I Ching on my website, and use your natural E.S.P. to look for guidance about the break-up and how best to handle it. In general, if you have Leo factors, or if they do, then you are in the best possible cycle for solutions in 12 years. It has already begun and you have until mid 2027.

In both your solar and natal chart, publicly and privately, 2026, 2027 and 2028 are about your side of the scales with your other half. If you are single you will meet someone who can take up that position on the opposite end of the see-saw. Balancing will take up a huge amount of time and energy but from 2028 that ends and a long waiting game and test of your patience also stops. If you are single this may be a friend or someone in a group. Thanks Eli. The issue with your mother is not transiting Pluto, it is natal Saturn in Cancer, in your Fourth House of family. Transiting Saturn is approaching the square, from Aries, so eventually you will have to try and square the situation with her and also your brother of course. As Saturn has been there all your life you were born into an extended family circle which came with automatic restrictions and limitations. Rather like being a baby delivered into circumstances you could not wriggle out of. My sibling and I are stuck with my very sick father’s situation involving the public trustee and many other financial factors. As you predicted I have now distanced myself from my sibling after putting up with much manipulation (to myself and watching them do this to others) and now sadly deceit regarding our father’s assets and finance. I am still feeling so trapped and am starting to wonder if such deceit is ever met with Karma in astrology….does this ‘basket’ offer relief . I searched my siblings chart (28/8/69 1712 same birthplace as me) and was interested by the many 8th house factors. Your sibling is competing with you. You have oppositions and conjunctions with Chiron in Taurus now and ongoing so need to weigh up your chances with a move which is quite audacious to say the least. 1-I’ve worked in translation after changing majors in 2005, I studied journalism, and I never realized I was a natural when it came to languages. However, due to AI work has dissapeared this year.
2-I have a small passive income though a property that I own with my sister in the US, but the rent isn’t enough to live off of that.
3-My last boyfriend or public relationship was in 2003 (he broke up with me beceause he didt’n want to get married, which ended up being a good thing for me). My life-long dream was getting married, but I’ve accepted that’s not in the cards for me, although I’ve had a few informal and hidden relationships along the years. One of the “modern” scenarios that I find appealing is in fact having a relationship but living apart if the person has children. Although the idea of other people’s children scares me.
4-I don’t have children by choice, I’m not maternal, but I do love dogs and have 3 god-daugthers.

I am sorry about your stepdaughter. There is no chart here so I can’t check your Fourth House and Fifth House, which concerns motherhood. However, if you have a Venus-Jupiter opposition at 4 Libra and Aries, this is about her father. You may or may not still be together, but this complicated relationship will be helped enormously by these transits, even though you are so conflicted about either him, or the institution of marriage itself. Venus in Libra in your Seventh House indicates that you are an old-fashioned woman, in the sense that you can relate to so many old films and books about love, sex and romance. I have been watching for a long time the new measures coming in and there has to be protection for kids I am also wary that govts and corporations use this as an excuse to tighten control on our freedoms also. There has got to be massive changes online but I worry it’s going to be utilised the wrong way by the powers that be. I am glad to be a part of this community and am in awe at the depth and breadth of the insights you have provided me. Life has been challenging me over the years losing my father to lung cancer in September 2015 and serving as the primary caretaker for my mother with so many health issues, to include a recent suspicious breast ultrasound requiring a short interval follow up during the first week of August. As a result, I have had zero time for myself over the years, covering all expenses and under financial strain (the economy has not helped either), and in an awful, underpaying job (currently seeking other opportunities). Each day, I just look up to the skies and give thanks as things could be a whole lot worse.

Pluto in conjunction with Mars at 3 Aquarius is indeed prolonged. Friends and groups. Rare, historic transformation when you may want to avoid control issues like the plague. The lunar nodes are the main story here, and your karma is resolutely about health and workload. You may have been a doctor, nurse or even an invalid in your last incarnation. Your Scorpio stellium in the Eighth House, including Neptune at 4 Scorpio, is the main story here. You also have the Sun in Cancer so Pluto transits your Eighth House. This is all about joint finance and shared real estate or property. It is commonly about a marriage, de facto partnership, family inheritance or living will. Aspects are just geometric patterns which either allow flow, or obstruct flow. In a perfect world your cautious, protective, sensible Hygiea would be allowed to get on with it, no matter if the issue is travel, travellers, tourists, migrants, export, foreign languages or multiculturalism. As you go into the end of the 2020’s now, she is in fact inhabiting an almost perfect world, being supported by flow patterns. A trine from Jupiter at 5 Leo. A trine from Saturn at 5 Aries. Thank you for keeping the comments open on this article. I know you have thousands of comments but I’m posting this again as I’m still so lost and confused about my original question. Fingers crossed it comes via your screen amongst the many! About 2 weeks ago I was blindsided by an utterly unexpected development with an Aquarian man I have been spending time with over the last 6 months. You and I have discussed him previously in relation to the Summer of Love. Since then I have been left reeling and trying to make sense of the most confusing development in our story. which I will get to in a moment. As you can see, I am a Sun Leo, with Venus at 4 Leo, Jupiter at 4 Scorpio, Hygeia at 4 Virgo, Panacea at 4 Leo. The Aquarian and I have been spending one on one time having coffee, exercising and having long chats, so much so that people commented on our closeness and assumed we were dating. As I have children and am slightly older than him, I kept things pretty low stakes and was happy to let things develop in a really natural way. After a few months, I genuinely believed the relationship was growing into something more. I was then completely blindsided when I unexpectedly met his girlfriend at a community event he had invited me to. I had absolutely no idea she existed- she mentioned they had been casually seeing each other for 4 months. I am sorry he blindsided you by suddenly revealing he had a girlfriend. Of course he is interested in you, but this is a classic Jupiter opportunity and you don’t have to take it. He’s actually a classic Jupiter type. The old Roman god was a philanderer. For all that you gained from being married to him, or being sexually involved with him, he always wanted more, more, more (as well as offering it) so being faithful did not enter into it. If it doesn’t work out with him there will be other men. Your line-up at four degrees is being well and truly triggered from the Fifth House of sexual relationships and parenthood, to the Eighth House of joint finance and real estate. He’s sending you all the ‘I’m available’ signals and I am sure his girlfriend would be taken aback to know he thinks they are casually involved and he is seeing where it goes. This situation now is entirely up to you. Would be be similarly non-committal with you? Very likely. Lou, I hope your basal cell surgery goes well. The face is always the First House in astrology. Ceres, the DC, Cupido and Chiron are all in your First House, ruled by Aries. You currently have transiting Saturn and Neptune in Aries, also in your First House, so this is quite a rare and historic transit, and of course it directly affects your head/face. You can look at an illustration of Zodiac Man from the 15th century and see Aries the ram covering the hair and part of the man’s facial features. So it’s not just you! this goes back centuries. Yes, the Leo weather has begun and the Sun has not even moved into Leo yet. Nor has the South Node. Yet we’re already looking at charged with historical sex offences (three weeks ago) and the Tate brothers have been arrested. If you are a survivor yourself then this is an enormously healing transit for you. The Vestal Virgins. Vesta is a symbol of one male and two or more females in competition for his approval and acceptance. I think I only have Apollo and proserpina at the relevant degrees, but I’ve been feeling some major shifts related to career, relationships, family and finances. Yes, I am answering as many questions as possible, into August as these four-degree patterns continue in August with Neptune at 4 Aries sextile Pluto at 4 Aquarius. You have your perspective on your life, but what is your solar chart saying? Your natal chart? You are a Leo woman as you know with a Libra stellium in the Seventh House of duets and duels. You were born heavily Libran and so finding equilibrium is central to you, no matter if it is with a sexual partner, business partner, professional partner or platonic ‘other half’ in some kind of duet with you. When the scales are lopsided you feel it keenly and will do all you can to redress the imbalance. Your Seventh House has long been ruled by Venus the goddess of complicated relationships. She had one with her son; another with her husband; another with her daughter-in-law; another with her lover. Finally, the Seventh House takes us back to Ancient Rome, where modern astrology comes from, and the very word ‘Libra’ (the sign which it rules) translates as a measure of weight. We are back to the scales again so in your situation, if somebody is throwing his or her weight around, or not pulling their weight, then it is very difficult for you. You can’t square the pleasure principle at work, or in academia, with your need to be heard and read, upfront and also front-and-centre. This has been there since school. So you could be on the debating team but then find it takes you away from the fun of smoking behind the bike sheds. Bacchus is hedonism. Capricorn is work, school or university. Mercury is your ‘voice’ across all mediums and media. Aries is about self-interest, self-promotion, self-assertion. All this is now leaping into the foreground with your career, academic career or unpaid calling. Thank you. Yes, the footer is over. Yet the fight with FIFA goes on. It really is a dodgy organisation isn’t it. Your face is ruled by Aries in your birth chart (First House) and Pisces in your solar chart (same thing – First House). You will need to be patient about your face as Saturn is in Aries and takes until early 2028 to leave. Until then a situation is ring-fenced, restricted and limited.
