The family tree – yours, his or hers – is really caught up in tremendous change. Mars can be like that. Everything moves so quickly; everything is racing along.
There is also a fair bit of confusion in the background. Neptune can be like that. Quite a few matters here are clouded. That will change. It can be so hard to feel grounded, settled and secure with one’s home, hometown, roots, homeland when we have this kind of transit.
Mars there suggests there’s a lot to be said for resisting impulse and taking time. Thinking it through. Having a plan. With so many factors in Aries in your zone of children and teenagers this may well be a younger family member.
