Kurt Cobain and Chrissy Amphlett

Before I became an astrologer, I was a music writer, so my interview with Pisces Kurt Cobain about Nirvana will appear on the show, when his birthday comes around. So will my memories of Chrissy Amphlett.

If you already listen to The Astrology and Tarot Show on East London Radio, this is a shorter take on your predictions, but with an hour of our favourite music and yours, from The Beatles to Radiohead.

Epstein and Maxwell in Astrology to 2028

The bad news about Epstein and Maxwell is it will take us until March 2028 to see truth and justice in final detail. The good news is, this is the cycle that did for Bill Cosby, Gary Glitter, Rolf Harris and Jimmy Savile. And it’s coming for an awful lot of paedophiles.

  1. The play list is awesome. Hearing the Moody Blues is so uplifting while feeling my heart ache at the same time ❤️

  2. Hi Jessica – way back in the mid 70s I was down from Scotland visiting London with my boyfriend. We bumped into Billy Connolly and his ‘pal’ Gerry Rafferty in a pub. It was pretty early in the evening and the bar was still quiet and so we spent ages talking to them (partly about what was happening in the Scottish Football League as my boyfriend at the time was a fan and so was Billy!) So funny and such a wonderful memory of meeting a couple of superbly talented guys who as I’m sure you know, started their careers as members of the Humblebums (such a great name!) but went on to be world renowned. Gerry Rafferty’s Baker Street is a classic, and he sang it with such ease. Every time I hear it on the radio, it gives me goosebumps.

    1. How wonderful to have met Gerry Rafferty and Billy Connolly. If only smart phones had been around then, you could have a photograph too. But you have a fantastic memory of two legends. I agree about Baker Street.

  3. what indicators of a music career can be seen in someone’s chart, even if they’re not famous?

    1. Music is about bands, so always look to the Eleventh House, ruled by Aquarius and consider useful factors like Jupiter there, or aspects which are easy (trines, sextiles, conjunctions) between The Sun, Moon, Mercury, Cupido, Vulcanus, Psyche and other good supportive planets or asteroids. It helps to have the Moon in Aquarius (John Lennon did).

  4. Hello Jessica,
    Thank you for the music!!
Love it. Many thanks also to Shane.
This is not related however would like an update on events with Trumps health and antics.
In Portland, Oregon where I am, we have had the constant threat of National Guard. It feels like the man in office wins at everything. Meanwhile any one who goes against T suffers. A judges home was totally burned down after she ruled against him.
    It is just so scary
Thank you for all that you do!

    1. Thank you. I will pass that on to Shayne. I’m not entirely sure Donald is winning at everything. This is the long, slow Pluto in Aquarius cycle which only replaced Pluto in Capricorn at the last election. It typically shows the downward spiral of the old, male elite over a few years just at the start. One look at Nero and Henry VIII should show you that. Not to mention George III. Pluto in Capricorn was with us since 2008 and the power build was also slow. Pluto in Aquarius, the replacement, historically starts with the decline and fall of the old goat at the top of the mountain. So 54% of people disapprove of Donald in the latest New York Times/Siena poll. The Republicans are pushing against him; notably Marjorie Taylor Greene. You have to watch the big picture with the big old goat left over from Pluto in Capricorn. The Republican Party will split over foreign policy and from June 30th 2026 we will see the Epstein story in more detail, with more evidence, making July and August 2026 an unforgettable period of revelations about Epstein’s inner circle.

  5. Hi Jessica, I love this. Big Blondie & Sex Pistols fan here. Thank you to you & Shayne for creating Rock Stars. What a great idea/way to positively connect people with astrology through the high vibe and joy of music! Since a very young age, I have always found my way to music, especially live music. Maybe it’s because I’m so Aquarian..ha!?

    1. Thank you so much. And welcome to The Astrology and Tarot Show. I will pass that on to Shayne. And yes, Aquarians do lean towards bands, it being the sign of the group.

  6. Hi Jessica

Heres a book recommendation: The Astrology of Movies: The Interface of Movies Myth and Archetype – Bill Street – one of the topics is why certain visionary directors have made certain films that tap into the collective at certain tims of their lives etc.

I think about the lyrics of the Beatles – written by Libran John and Gemini Paul the wordsmiths and frontmen while the two water signs George and Ringo were in the background, but equally creative. ….and the fire of the Stones exemplified by Leo Mick — and Sag Keith….. and the ongoing impact their music has had on popular culture.

    I’m off to the movies!

  7. Love this – mixing music and astrology – especially the ‘Ship of Fools’ track in this playlist. How relevant for today…As the world revolves in every-dizzying loops, I look to Libra for balance. And as the New Moon approaches at 28 Libra, I wonder what this might mean for me as I have my Natal Moon at 28 Aquarius (Pluto being direct here). I also have IC at 29 Libra, MC at 29 Aries, Psyche at 29 Aries….Your valuable insights most appreciated Jessica. Warm wishes, Emma

    1. Thanks Emma. It sounds as if you know your astrology. The New Moon at 28 Libra on 21st October will be on your IC at 29 Libra as you know, which is trine your natal Moon at 28 Aquarius. Assuming your birth time is minute-accurate, you have an important marriage or business partnership in your family tree and you inherited that ability to pair off and couple up. It’s rather like being descended from Marks & Spencer or Bonnie and Clyde, depending on who your relatives were. It can’t be separated from the groups in your life, either, or the friends. So maybe John and Yoko is a better analogy. You always get The Beatles with the two of them. This New Moon will trigger that pattern. Diana is also at 28 Sagittarius on that New Moon so a foreign woman will be involved.

  8. Hi Jessica, as I was reading this Duran Duran came on my playlist, I had a sense that something feels not quite right with them, I know their original guitarist is living with prostate cancer at the moment, but it was not him I had a feeling about, but Simon, is there anything going on with his astrology at the moment, maybe something being hidden? Thank you xx

    1. I would say, if anything, it is the marriage – even though it is famously long-lasting. Any marriage, even one which has been there since 1985, has its challenges on the cycle Simon is going through.
