The November 5 Taurus Full Moon
This Full Moon is about your money, house, apartment, business or possessions (or those of partners, family and friends). It falls at 5.19am on Wednesday 5th November.
You may want to avoid judging or acting dramatically, on that day. Allow +/- 24 hours for different time zones too.
In this feature I will look at the impact on your personal birth chart but also your solar (Sun Sign) chart. This is one of the trickiest months for money in a long time, not only because of the Full Moon in the money sign, Taurus, but also Mercury Retrograde in the other money sign – Scorpio!

This Full Moon is really misleading. It’s happening in the finance signs, Taurus and Scorpio (which may feature in your chart) before Uranus (the shockwaves) is yet to go back into Taurus. That happens on November 9th. Again, allow +/- 24 hours for world time zones.
Mercury Retrograde
Mercury Retrograde in Scorpio, also needs careful handling, from 21st October until 11th December, 2025. That’s a long period of flux.
Would you make life-changing decisions about your bank, income, taxation, business, house, apartment, shares and so on, on this Full Moon? Or even on the whole cycle?
There are people who use astrology, to buy cheap shares and resell rapidly, making a steep profit, on these cycles. The same, with Bitcoin. They buy bargains and hope for a turnaround resale. That adds to the flux. Be aware.
Robin Hood and Robinhood
One of my major concerns as a psychic is Robinhood.
He is back on our TV screens (robbing from the rich, to give to the poor) and in fact, Robin Hood has always been a symbol of Uranus in Taurus. The shock of a Robin Hood hit on the wealthy. Well, it’s coming again, just as the TV show takes off with Sean Bean.

Hi Jessica, Mercury retrograde is affecting my life again sadly. My husband who is a Scorpio is a senior partner in a company and is now being ousted by the MD on a trumped up charge. My husband has discovered the company has been mismanaged to a huge degree and has challenged the MD. Solicitors are now involved, but I worry that this will all take time and expense, can you throw any light on the outcome of this Jessica? I would be so grateful as I feel so helpless at the moment. I am sorry your husband is going through this and of course you are powerfully affected. You are a Sun Virgo woman with a large Scorpio stellium in the Eighth House of marital finance and real-estate. Mercury Retrograde will go right through this, backwards and forwards, until it corrects itself, into the middle of December. Then at last you will know where you stand, assuming you both own your home, have a mortgage, split the bills and so on. Your husband has the biggest and best career cycle in 12 years starting on June 30th next year and it lasts until mid 2027. Try and breathe through this retrograde period as you will find things go back and forth, get stuck, change – or even come to nothing. You have one or more excellent friends who will help you through.

There are shockwaves – real capital M, Moments – all over the place in October, November. Uranus reversing into Taurus is the reason. It hits every chart differently but it is here to enlighten and illuminate; from this comes a new beginning. It is time to be set free from the past. To break with the past and to do things in a new way, which gives yourself and the other person/other people so much more space and independence. Sometimes saying ‘No’ or refusing/rejecting is liberating. That’s what is going on now.

Astrology is an odd thing and you were meant to read this now. Read the fine print on the offer extremely carefully. What happens after 18 months, for example? Read right around the offer itself but also on competing banks or other institutions; find out what is happening out there in the world of real estate, taxation, loans and finance. Mercury Retrograde is also in Scorpio, the finance sign, along with this Full Moon in Taurus, the other money sign. The instability with the world economy stops in April so we need to breathe through this and try to understand that all the old ‘knowns’ and certainties of business, trade, taxation and so on – are being shaken up repeatedly. You will come out of the other side at Easter. It may impact cash flow; if so you need to accommodate people as much as you can. The muddled relative will cease to be an issue in 2026. By July you will either no longer care or the matter will be resolved. You are lucky to have Minerva in Taurus; you were born with tremendous wisdom about saving or making money.

My Aries husband (DOB April 16 1974 at 12:54am in Allentown, PA USA) was unexpectedly furloughed on September 30th after 7+ years. If it matters, I am Gemini (DOB May 23, 1977 at 11:18am in Sellersville, PA USA).
After some false starts, he is now expecting an offer (in writing!) for something with much more potential in both the near and long term and I want to be as careful as possible to give it an auspicious beginning as there are only green flags here.
Am I correct in thinking he should wait until Uranus revisits Taurus later this week to sign off to mark this as a transition into a new era of how he values himself and what he values in his career?

Thank you. You are in the final few months of a revolution with your understanding of Tarot, God (or not God), spirituality, the Universe, angels and so on. Perhaps, too, the way you treat anxiety, insomnia or depression. The last radical change is ahead and will be in place by April. The Full Moon is partly about that, correct. It is also slowly moving past now. By Easter next year you will realise that you needed to be liberated from what was, in terms of the religion you were raised in, or perhaps the anti-religion you were raised in!

I understand. If you were to relocate or emigrate it would be out of the blue, sudden and happen by April 2026. It would also be really unpredictable for you, so be aware of that. You will be offered an escape from the financial real world next year. It will show up from January. From February you realise the money restrictions are going nowhere, but on the plus side, you will have a way out. It is very common for people to have bills but also acquire cheap loans, for example. And sometimes they inherit or they know they are going to. What you actually need to feel so much better is a new lifestyle. In fact you can transform your physical and mental health from January 2026 if you use your willpower. Walking lessens or stops depression. That’s science, not astrology, but given your Virgo Sun, walking could completely change how you feel. It has to be daily and it has to be at least 30 minutes. There are some really good testimonials from people with depression on YouTube if you want to see the proof.
Hi Jessica, reading this blog post from my bed as I have been in bed for about 2-3 days with a headache and fatigue. It is very rare for me. I’ve done a lot with Uranus being in Taurus including deciding to leave the US (where I was born) in 2023 to become a digital nomad and getting my Mexican passport in 2024. I do see that I have 14 degree minerva in Taurus. Could you tell me a bit more about how that will affect me?
I am sorry you’re unwell. Maybe your body has given you time to just breathe, given that you are making the big decision to leave America and become a digital nomad. Minerva in Taurus in your Second House describes your innate wisdom (a very feminine kind of wisdom) about money, houses, valuables, apartments, charity, business and shares. That will always see you through. You also have Pluto and Ceres in Scorpio in the Eighth House of partnership finance and property – and family legacies and the will where you name others. I don’t know what time line you have given yourself for leaving the US but if there is no hurry, you may want to turn things over and look at your options right past the middle of December, as Mercury Retrograde is with you. Thank you so much for another excellent article – the Robin Hood angle struck me as quite a synchronicity, as I was recently drawn to re-watch a favourite film from the 1990s – “Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves”, starring Kevin Costner, Christian Slater, Morgan Freeman and the late, great Alan Rickman! On the Robin Hood theme, I am wondering about the possibility of huge tax hikes here in the UK, as Chancellor Rachel Reeves seems inclined in that direction. Also big shifts with gold – it has dropped in value recently, but I intuitively feel that it might skyrocket to record highs before too long. I also keep seeing gold and golden dust in dreams – last night I was painting a canvas and using gold dust, which took on a life of its own, swirling and becoming a 3D artwork! (I’m an artist, hoping to combine art with my energetic healing practice.)
On a personal note, I think this Full Moon may really impact me, as I have Uranus in Scorpio, opposite my Moon at 12 Taurus. Other elements which may be impacted are Pluto at 14 Libra; and Vesta at 12 Sagittarius. I’m a Sun Virgo who is working a lot online, leaning with teachers, mentors and fellow students internationally, with a view to both personal and professional development. I’m also currently dealing with property and financial issues, as well as making bold steps in my romantic life, stepping out of my comfort zone (Taurus?) and being bolder with dating and sexuality (Scorpio?).

Thanks Angelina. How odd that you watched Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves. You are also thinking about tax hikes in Britain and record gold prices. Finance is at the heart of your thinking from January, February 2026 with Neptune and Saturn joining Chiron in your solar Eighth House of joint money, houses, valuables and apartments. Partnership and family relationships which are based on finance show you restrictions and quite heavy realities from that point forward, into 2027. However you will also be given an escape. An alternative which lets you get out of it all. Your love life changes in three stages; late January is the end of confusion over boundaries. Late February is the end of all the restrictions. Late July is the end of karma which keeps you stuck in repetition. Thus, 2026 really is the year of the big shift. Whatever/whomever you became so used to in 2024, 2025 is over then.

I’m a Taurus with Gemini, Pisces, Sag & Aries stelliums. I have just completed a novel (which has been on and off since I was a finalist in a writing competition way back in 2008) and I have a ‘maybe’ agent interested as one of her authors loved my manuscript. Any insights would be appreciated.
Also my partner & I moved from Sydney to Adelaide at the end of 2022 to assist my parents. Dad (a wonderful Virgo) developed an awful illness – Charles Bonnet Syndrome – after an eye op went wrong, it caused terrifying hallucinations and dropped him into dementia. It’s been a brutal few years with us bearing the load (but happy to be here to support his final years) and the effect on my own wonky health has been pretty drastic. Dad passed away at the end of last year (he fell and broke his neck after accessing part of the care home garden which was out of bounds ) and Work Safe are now prosecuting the care home for negligence – people go through a lot worse I know but it’s been pretty relentless.
We are now thinking of moving back to Sydney. We are not happy here but I’m too burned out to contemplate an interstate move again at the moment (we also have my mother-in-law who will come with us). I hope we will be able to get our house up together and sell late next year but would greatly appreciate any insights you might be able to give.

I am very interested in this full moon, as I am a Scorpio and almost six months ago, I met a Capricorn man. I have been divorced for many years, as has he, although he has had more relationships in the past decade than I have. We became friends and started dating recently… taking it slow, but there is interest definitely. I’m wondering if this friendship/early dating relationship has the potential to become serious and long-term. I have two children who are teens, and he has one adult child who is out of the home. We would not be having any biological children together, but with my children still at home, he could become part of their lives if we become serious. The Uranus in Taurus cycle also speaks to me since my divorce was in the middle of 2018 and I’ve had a rocky or non-existent love life ever since then. It’s interesting to me now that a potential relationship possibility has arrived for the first time as Uranus moved out of Taurus and is retrograding briefly in the last degrees of Taurus. I understand why you want to know answers about this Capricorn man. He is very lucky to have met you and in fact you are his best bet in a long time, right until June 30th next year. However he also has his adult child to think about – that is an unpredictable situation until April 2026. It’s been like that for years, actually, but this is the final stage of the revolution with, for or through this child of his. For you, the cycles of time line up with similar dates. He puts you in the ‘predictably unpredictable’ zone with ‘known unknowns’ until April 2026. The more freedom, space and room to move you can give yourself and allow him, the better this cycle will run. Any whiff of restriction, limits, rules, binding situations or heavy agreements usually attracts upheaval with Uranus transits, which is what you are both having. What is going to happen now with markets, is there a recovery soon, Donald Trump also looks weak now, he looks likes he is losing power or his influence. Zohran Mamdani has won NYC mayorship, in New Jersey and Virginia the Democrats have won with big margins. Is this the beginning of the end of Donald Trump? Voters look very discontent with him.
Donald’s downward spiral was predicted a long time ago. He comes up, then goes down, then goes up again – and ultimately just goes out of the picture. The US economy is unpredictable from now until April 2026. This has barely started. Watch Robinhood. With Saturn at 29 Taurus you are right in the middle of transiting Uranus at 29 Taurus. November-April is about understanding that you need to meet radical change – with change. Hanging onto the past, denying what is happening with your money, real-estate, business or valuables – is unlikely to work. Astrology and history tell us that you need to be flexible enough to alter course swiftly and accommodate what is happening all around you. In addition to that, any paperwork or discussion, now through early December, is likely to stop-start, be cancelled or rescheduled, rewritten. So if you can keep the stakes pretty low, and think carefully about committing on paper, or accepting commitments, that will work better for you. You come out at the other end in April 2026. Further into the future, Saturn will go to 29 Taurus on your Saturn Return and Chiron and Neptune will also reach 29 Taurus in the fullness of time. Hello Jessica…. Great article! So my life has been pretty crazy & stressful lately! My Dad passed away early last month and we also just found out (SHOCKED!!) that our oldest brother has a very advanced stage of Cancer (spreading everywhere!) and probably won’t live much longer. I have my IC at 14 degrees Scorpio, Minerva at 14 Scorpio (a big Stellium in Scorpio) and my MC at 14 Taurus. I’m also scheduled for surgery beginning of December. You recently gave some much-needed insight for my Leo spouse (22 August 1973), who has been going through an extremely difficult time career-wise. He’s incredibly talented and dedicated but has felt unappreciated ever since we sold our own business about nine years ago. I am a sun Scorpio and have 12 and 14 Scorpio. Also a stellium in Scorpio and factors in Taurus. When Pluto in Aquarius hits 4 degrees next year it affects all planets I have at 4 in my natal chart. You recently answered a question regarding this especially my 4 Neptune Scorpio and 4 Pluto Virgo (Scorpio square and Virgo quincunx) and advised me to sort out any Neptune confusion and muddles before Pluto goes to 4 degrees Aquarius.

As a rule of thumb, avoid Mercury Retrograde for paperwork, promises, negotiations and any process that involves the post office or couriers. Mercury Retrograde in Scorpio in your chart is specifically about your partner and the bank accounts. If you can put it off, put it off. If you want to move, it will happen in the second half of January or second half of February. A lot depends on what you did in terms of a house or apartment 18-19 years ago. If you were generous with others, you will find you are offered what you need, in early 2026. If you did not get closure with, say, a flatmate, live-in partner, landlord, relative – then you may have to learn a lesson about real estate or accommodation. I hope you restrained yourself from starting a conversation about money, or pursuing a discussion about real-estate, a will, insurance and so on. Had you gone there you would have found yourself pulled in two or dealing with another person’s objection. Long-term, keep your finances, house, apartment, shopping, selling, business interests as flexible as possible because you need a ton of room in order to rapidly adjust and adapt to what is coming by April 2026. Rather than nail things down or assume something is forever, try to see life until April as a test of how quickly you can zig-zag, duck and dive.

The issue is actually the app with your ex. Anything you start now which involves a former or current lover/partner will go backwards, change and may be cancelled. Hi Jessica, thank you for the insightful piece! I particularly read with interest, the section on the changes from 2018 onwards, and I am trying to figure out where exactly they applied for me. I am a Virgo Sun with Leo first house/ASC, and it looks like I’ve had whirlwind transformations in both travel+publishing ( where I attempted to build a new kind of traveling lifestyle and write a book about it – – although not yet able to publish it), but then also my career ( where I stepped out of full time roles and tried to transition to consulting roles, but not successfully). I am sorry you were robbed, Nicola. Possessions are Second House and/or Eighth House, so let’s see what was going on. On November 5th, a pattern not possible in 18-19 years unfolded. The North Node at 16 Pisces and South Node at 16 Virgo were in transit, aspecting your Proserpina at 16 Taurus. Proserpina is in Taurus in the Second House of jewellery, and also your home. The Moon timed it, as it went across 16 Taurus, but the real issue was the rare sextile and trine to Proserpina. There is a direct link between the theft and what was taking place in your life 18-19 years before. I hope you had insurance, but of course inherited heirlooms have emotional value. The karma for thieves is unforgiving.

Hi Jessica, I hope you are well. The worst has happened and they have removed my husband from the company on a trumped up charge. The case will go to a tribunal, but it will take time and in the mean time we have very little money coming in. I don’t know which way to turn and all this before Christmas, if you can please throw any light on this I would be so grateful Jessica. If not, it was good just to get it off my chest.
I am terribly sorry that this has happened to you and your husband. You are now short on funds. You have Virgo, Scorpio and Capricorn stelliums and are a Sun Virgo woman. The situation with him improves in three stages. First, near January 26th. Second, near February 14th (Saint Valentine’s Day) and finally near July 26th. In your public Virgo chart and private birth chart, those dates all line up. What happens will take place around those dates. With the money, house or apartment you will have a new arrangement from the second half of February, which has to hold in 2026, 2027 so take your time when you add up the numbers and have the discussion with him.
