Brilliant, thank you Jessica, this will be so helpful to me. I will have a delay in clearing space and fixing things as 1. we have ongoing renovations and 2. my mum simply refuses to throw anything away! Thank you for providing this book to members. I am so excited. I can vouch for so much information in that book. I am actually moving to a new place March 28. I have literally gotten rid of EVERYTHING. Even my bed. I am moving in with my couch and loveseat, a coffee table and some brand new kitchen supplies, and a big windchime! I also have the evil eye amulet that a friend brought me back from Turkey that I will put in the front window! I have one plant and some clothes.
I am going to allow my soul to explore the home before fully furnishing but every purchase will be mindful and deliberate. I have cared for all the dying in my family for the past 10 years, my father the most recent passed 29 DEC 2025. I have had to get rid of hordes of things. Stuff literally wears you down and drains you of critical energy. It takes up mental real estate too. I am going to be extremely minimalist in my new home. I don’t have or want a television. My internet and office will be in a back bedroom. Only one spot for electronics.
I am into the feng shui and know from experience that it works.
I am going to be utilizing your book in my new home. Perfect timing.

I have not read the entire book yet but most of it so not sure if this is included. Some of our attachments are also those of our own negative thinking and beliefs. When my kids lived at home we’d, every new years eve, have a burn bowl. We’d write out all of the things we wanted to let go of, negative beliefs, fears, bad thought about ourselves and/or our bodies. We’d write each thing on slips of paper. They were private, not read to each other. We’d take turns, each would pick up one of their slips, read it silently, then say I am willing to release this now an allow something better to take its place, and then throw it in the fire. It was very powerful. We’d burn sage before and after and we’d have sweet grass and lavender that we’d burn on charcoal blocks during our “ceremony”.
My kids and their husbands are very minimalist too. They have more than enough money to buy whatever they want, but they don’t get caught up in the consumerism. One thing my youngest said to me was that if she and her husband see something they “think” they want they ask themselves, “are we going to be throwing this away in 6 months.” They always end up never buying it. They prefer to spend their money on vacations or helping others. They give free medical care in many locations around the globe every year.
What we give is so much more rewarding than what we have.

I am currently in the process of selling my home (joint home with mother), then buying a new property for her in a different state altogether along with starting a new job myself plus finding another place to stay close to the job.
There’s a lot of moves and shifts all happening at once for me (quite overwhelming for me). Any guidance on some key timelines related to all of this.

Thank you. As a Sun Taurus woman you shine most brightly when standing out from the crowd with your real-estate, salary and banking decisions. You are in the luckiest real-estate cycle in 12 years from June 30th when Jupiter enters Leo and the Fourth House of your solar chart, which rules your home, property and also your mother. It lasts until mid 2027. You also enter the most unpredictable, wildly unexpected financial cycle of your life from April (just two months prior) when the last thing you expected, is the first thing that happens. I am so sorry you have to put your dog to sleep. I was once told that the dog world knows, for every one of them who goes, a space arises for a new stray, homeless dog in particular. Dogs in the chart are always shown by Virgo and the Sixth House, which rules daily routine, duty, service, lifestyle, exercise and also mental and physical health. In fact, dogs tick all the boxes as one study after another shows that dog walkers are healthier. Sure enough, you have a Virgo stellium including the South Node at 28 Virgo, so may have known your dog in your past life. You certainly knew your sister. You ‘live’ in your Sixth House ruled by Virgo, a lot of the time and it’s very much about serving other people (and dogs). The South Node always shows the last incarnation. So what’s in store? You also have a Pisces stellium so need to be alone to focus on meditation, religion, Tarot, spirituality, dreams, counselling, self-help, mediumship and the inner life. Before you relaunch (mid 2027 to mid 2028) quite possibly with a new role, be it paid or unpaid work, or study – you complete inner work. I have been studying & practicing classical Feng Shui for around 15 years now with my wonderful Buddhist practitioner and he uses the bagua compass especially as we do a complete “lifesweep” transformation of my home/office annually for the energy of the New Year and also for my personal Chinese chart as well. I love combining my knowledge/practice and studies of Western astrology with other wisdoms as I think an Holistic integration of practices and teachings allow for such a beautiful understanding of the Universe. What a great book. You have introduced me to some new practices. I have enjoyed Feng Shui and astrology but very limited. I recently wrote to you about finding a copy of you co authored book “21st Century Goddess, The Modern Girls Guide to the Universe” whilst doing my swedish death cleaning of our home, whilst preparing it for sale. In your response you mentioned you were working on this book ” Lifesweeping”. Sadly i am not a premium member so am unable to view this amazing ebook, which sounds brilliant as I am so interested in all aspects mentioned. My question is, would Lifesweeping assist in actually helping to selling a home? e.g Timing, process etc? We have everything ready, contract, decluttering, agent, photos taken. Our home is ready to list but we just can’t seem to give the nod to list it. It’s really hard letting go of your home of 30 years. But needs must and we must. We are just stuck. I just read the comment of someone whose dog passed away. I feel completely shattered and miss mine dearly, as I too, had to put her to sleep after 13 loving yrs with us. Such a hard decision. My children and husband are also devastated. She was truly our angel and my closest family member. Unfortunately, coming from such a confusing family, aside from my husband and children, the pain is felt much stronger. 🙁 She was a rescue! I also have two rescue cats and another rescue dog.
I am so sorry about your animal companion, for that is what they are. Very much family members. Dogs have many special roles with humans. There are the obvious ones (Guide Dogs for the Blind) but on another level they teach us to care, without being squeamish (we clean up after them) and that can be good training for we humans, when looking after other humans. They also teach us how to accept elected death and to let go. Finally, they teach us that life goes on and to appreciate that their passing opens up a space for another needy soul. In your case it will be another rescue dog when the time is right, or perhaps another rescue cat.

My LO husband has a life changing illness and he will control his exit from this life. We just don’t know if that is a few months or a few years away.
His adult daughter is very challenging and wants to control everything. She is a Sagittarius (11/30/86, Ontario) and it is so disappointing that she is unable to have healthy relationships with anyone in her life, including me. She could have been the daughter I never had. I do have a wonderful son.

Hi Jessica thank you so much for this guide, I will definitely try it out! Unfortunately, I think I might need to do more. Out of the blue, I got new neighbors (hello Uranus) and the extra noise is proving to be too much for me. Its no ones fault as its just an old building and therefore the insulation isn’t as good. But it is interfering with my sleep and general peace. Ive started looking around to see if I can buy something elsewhere but the market is difficult here. Do you see any way I can still use the Jupiter in Cancer transits to finally find the right home for me? The whole situation is making me stressed and anxious. Thank you!
I am sorry you have noisy neighbours. I am sure you do feel anxious about it. As a stop-gap measure I am sure you know about professional 23 decibel earplugs. You can also have them custom made. You have Mars at 16 Cancer and from February 5th-15th Jupiter (opportunities, solutions) just passed there. Transiting Jupiter in conjunction with natal Mars increases the fight; in Cancer it is about your home, of course. It’s also fortunate. So just recently you were given a solution, which I suspect may have been insulation or perhaps another neighbour who would have joined with you in asserting yourselves. Your second chance comes in April, when again Jupiter goes to 16 Cancer and is right on your natal Mars at 16 Cancer. So that’s April 5th to 15th. There is a window of opportunity then to move, or to defeat the issue where you are. Do try Lifesweeping methods. I have been going through all of these. Starting with my daughter mistery illness to multiple my mistery illnesses and sudden bad luck. I hope this will work, my intuition tells me the persob could be causing this and not sure how to protect myself against it. Any advice would be appreciated.
I am sorry you believe you have been under psychic attack. Follow the steps. Your spirit guides may show you/tell you who is behind an attack. This can be done by ‘hearing’ it clairaudiently (in your inner ear, without any actual volume) or even smelling the person. Their cigarettes for example. Even if you can’t identify the attacker, you can still get rid of cords. You can also heal your chakras and protect your aura using the white light method. It does take time but the information is in the guide.

Question about “sloppy white magic” and any connection to astrology delivery. For example, do you see any dangers such as asking to deliver things we may (think we) want that may not turn out to be good for us or getting what we want in a way that does us more harm than good? (Be careful what you wish for scenario…) etc.

Good question. Astrology Delivery is controlled by you; you are in the driver’s seat. The timing is fated and set up by your sign. The path you take is yours (the goals on the path) as is the Tarot gateway which gets you around every corner. So it’s your own intentions which matter most. If you need to set a clear intention, a simple one is ‘Help me to help others and help myself best’. I do agree that Astrology Delivery can be a case of ‘be careful what you wish for’ as some situations run deep, over many years, are complicated and if you wanted a good outcome, it may involve far more hard work and challenges than you may have expected. It’s a bit like getting to the root of an overgrown garden in need of renovation, or digging deeply at a house that needs an overhaul. It’s on that level.

Maxine, you are a Virgo, with stelliums in Virgo, Libra, Scorpio and Aries. You have some karma from 18-19 years ago to complete with your husband, either with him, or because of another partner or ex. This closure takes you until the final week of July 2026. It may be challenging to expect your husband to da or say anything different until then; it may feel as if you are on rewind or replay with him. However, from August, things will feel very different. The issue is the money, home and/or possessions and you will start thinking about that sooner; April 2026 suggests a real moment of truth about what is yours and his. If you were to break up there would be long waiting game with the finances and real-estate that would test your patience until the first quarter of 2028, but after that you would be in a completely different phase with your bank account and your home that feels more like an escape to you. The timing I’ve just given you is public; it’s what people will see from the outside. Looking at your private self, that Libra-Aries axis in your chart will be crossed by Saturn, Chiron and Neptune between now and early 2028, so it’s a similar story. However, I am at my wits end with work and all of the transitions going on. I know that I just have to hold on until July when the nodes shift. Do you have any guidance on how to keep on the path and keep my head until then? Will there be a bright spot(s) somewhere between now and then? Or upsets? I’m glad you like Lifesweeping. It will help with work. You are a Sun Scorpio woman with a Virgo stellium in your Sixth House of workload so are extremely sensitive to reshuffles in the pecking order. The good news is, huge solutions and opportunities begin with your career from June 30th and don’t stop. In fact by 2027 you will be in a superior new job, promoted or on top of a hit project. Your lifestyle as a whole will improve alongside the workload uplift – better physical and mental health is on offer. It will be different (very different) but you will deal with it.

Ive found today the new proposed route for UK national grid is literally behind where I live. We have beautiful countryside about to be ruined and decimated by pylons , wildlife habitation taken. I am so sad about what is happening to our countryside. do you think it will happen. Ive tried to ask tarot but perhaps am too close to it emotionally.

thank you so much for your lovely articles. Such a pleasure to read and insightful. I am in the UK and have just heard the new proposed route for national grid upgrade is literally behind where live. To be fully decided but I am sure the route wont be changed. Wildlife to be devastated, and such a blot on the landscape. I appreciate the new route has been proposed in mercury retrograde but still, this has been going on for a while. Do you think it will happen or will there be years of delay to get started. I am hoping it never starts. I understand a lot of people want it but land is being taken daily for building more and more housing ruining the countryside and this is yet another decision I find sad and depressing.

Jessica, I’m just starting this sweeping. This last year I lost two of my dogs. I have never recovered. I feel lost. I always feel they were with me in a different life. I know o have one more old one that may go this year. I pray I do not lose others. This has thrown me into such a negative spin, I feel I am losing everything. I worry about work, money and how I will take care of my other dogs. It is just me with my dogs. My kids are grown and very independent. I feel all my past lives I struggled and have been alone. I need to declutter. I was not this bad until the last few years.
I am glad you have started Life Sweeping. It is tried, tested and trusted and actually, just resulted in a friend being able to move house after being stuck for years. Your two dogs have passed over and you have others to look after but worry about them. I love dogs too and I know all about mourning their loss. The last dog who crossed over was very special. Even though he lived hundreds of miles away from me at the time, all the local dogs where I lived, barked and howled when I walked past. It was quite incredible. Animals are very mysterious and seem to have a shared ‘dog mind’ if you like. Something I was told about dogs is that they are content to leave us, having left a space for a new puppy or older dog to be adopted. They happily give up their place, particularly for dogs who are homeless. They see themselves as being part of a group, unlike us.
Thank you Jessica. I do not think the one who left me in January of 2025 has forgiven me. She has never come through on my dog readings. I loved her so much. She too like all of them are rescues. I do believe she brought the one I have had for a year on March 8. She was found pregnant and bones. Today her pups are one. We think her family died in Hurricane Helene. I appreciate everything you do for us.
