Hi Jessica and Happy New Year!
It sounds like this year will be a good time to look for a new place to live, which would be great news. I moved to a condo in 2022 but now I’m looking for something that feels more like home. I am also planning to have major eye surgery this year – I’ve been struggling with this issue since 2021 and within the last ten months everything has finally stabilized. Would this year be a good time to have this done?

Thank you Violete. Happy New Year. Eye surgery is Virgo/Sixth House and you have factors at 8, 9, 14, 20 Virgo which will be helpfully crossed by Jupiter at 8, 9, 14, 20 Virgo in 2027 and 2028. Assuming your eye surgery is a long-term outcome (your eyesight improves slowly over time) this would fit surgery in 2026 with the really big benefits showing up from the middle of 2027. Have a look at the Tarot and Oracles to confirm the astrology timing for yourself. If you move it will be sudden, unexpected, liberating and happen by April. The next window after that is Chiron in Taurus; completely different. Later in 2026, 2027 it would be a question of what you can get away with. What others consider audacious or out of the question, with real-estate or accommodation, becomes your choice.

Thank you Ruby. You have stunning opportunities to achieve a bigger and better version of an existing partnership, or be with a new partner, starting from June 30th and taking you through to the middle of 2027. Pluto at 9 Libra in your Seventh House has given you power and control issues with partners before now; this can be improved enormously in the second half of 2026 and first half of 2027. In fact, when Jupiter goes to 9 Leo and sextiles Pluto at 9 Libra, there will be an opportunity to form one half of a power couple. You do need to get third party advice if you two intend a real-estate or financial commitment, though, as you also have Neptune going to 9 Aries in opposition, in a few years’ time. It’s only sensible to have external wisdom, no matter how passionate you will feel.

hello Jessica, great read. My house is fill with adult children who have come back home to save money. My eldest daughter is looking to buy another property, hopefully this year so she will be gone again. My youngest son and his girlfriend are meant to be moving out soon to go flitting, here’s hoping. The other son living with me tells me he’s going to become an apprentice mechanic meaning no hope of him moving yet lol. Will they all leave allowing me to find something for me? Love to know what it looks like for me romantically , is there anyone new on the horizon, been awhile since I was in a relationship – I miss it ❤. Thank you. You have a full house and wonder when you can have it back again. After April, you will have a far more predictable life and feel much more settled with your children and the place itself. Until April expect sudden turnarounds and surprises as at least one bird may fly or you may find another way to be free, never mind what they are doing. You are an Aquarian woman with large Pisces and Gemini stelliums. You need time alone so I hope you have it, along with peace and quiet. It is actually essential as is good sleep, dreams and whatever name you give it, meditation. You are also psychic and need to close your chakras and protect your aura as these people are in your psychic space as well. Thank you. Did you mean a freelance writer? Your chart is more about finance, business, real-estate, charity, legal and money matters. You are strongly Scorpio (you have a Scorpio stellium). If you meant, a freelance accountant, tax lawyer or inheritance specialist, or a banker, I would be more inclined to say yes, long-term.
