I am being interviewed for a new role in a new company this week. Not sure what I’ll do if I get chosen, however the relationship with my current boss and salary is not great. What advice do you have for me pls, should I stay and move in sane company m, or leave and accept new role in new company?
You are a Sun Scorpio who may be organising a new job title and profile during Mercury Retrograde in Scorpio so nothing is fixed, final, firm or finished until you reach the middle of December. Until then, get it in writing, read the fine print and have Plan A or B, where your title is concerned.

I look forward to the Scorpio Birthday blog all year — thank you for another beautiful one! I’ve written to you before about the challenges in my marriage and my family dynamics with my husband and child. It has felt unbalanced for quite some time, and I’ve stayed mostly for my child’s wellbeing. On top of that, my husband has been out of work for a few months, which has added extra pressure to our home life.

If you can wait for a few cycles to end your life will be a lot easier with your husband and child. Of course, it may be that you change or end the marriage which also stops the cycle anyway. Basically November 2025 to April 2026 is the last time you must deal with an unpredictable relationship where nothing is fixed, nor stable, for very long. This cycle has been with you since 2018, on and off. From Easter 2026 it’s over. The outcome, no later by April, will be independence for both of you. Changing the marriage or perhaps even ending it will set you free. Obviously reshaping it is less disruptive to your child than finishing with it. The other cycles which end concern the intimate side of the marriage, but also your parenting. The confusion ends on January 26th. No more muddle. The absence of boundaries with your co-partner and co-parent, or the child, has been a long-running issue. The boundaries return, January 26th. From February 14th the heavy restrictions, limitations and test of your patience also stops. Then, from July 26th next year, the karma with your husband is also over. Your Scorpio son should persist as he is in the biggest and best success cycle in 12 years starting on June 30th 2026. He does not have to wait until then to find a job/jobs of course (or a hybrid of paid work, unpaid work and further training). He should just put one foot in front of the other and keep going. A new role is likely near January 26th and then February 14th and then in the second half of the year that could take him so much higher or even result in a superior alternative being offered.

You are a Sun Scorpio woman, which you know, with stelliums in Scorpio and Aquarius. You are headed for the biggest and best professional cycle in 12 years, starting on June 30th 2026 when opportunities will arise in July, August which will change your career, status and success if you take them. These run until July 26th, 2027. If you want to focus on export, do this between now and June 30th 2026, when there are sweeping solutions involving foreigners and foreign countries. This may be Dubai or another market. Your finances will be unpredictable from April 26th (avoid June 11th, 12th, 13th in particular). This does not mean negative – it can be positive – but it is rather like being in the middle of a revolution, and needing to be quite agile in business and with your own finances, house or apartment, so you can zig-zag when life turns upside-down. Mercury Retrograde ends on December 17th when the flux around both of you, also ends, so just before Christmas is a good place to start from. Thank you for another detailed birthday horoscope. Your last year’s predictions came true in many ways. I’ve changed positions in my company a few times this past year. I am nearing retirement but would like to work a few more years, However my latest position has me feeling like I’m in a vice – too much work and the resources and budget gets cut but they are sending even more projects my way. This feels like a no win situation and I feel doomed to fail. If I do leave or am let go I’m worried about having enough money to retire now. You mention 18 or 19 years ago which was 2007 and 2008 – the Great Recession – I hope this doesn’t mean we are headed back to that scenario. I am worried about the financial implications the kind I experienced in 2008. Any thoughts on how this will go in my chart?

I am an older Scorpio and I can’t say I’ve had a good 2025. I feel the wheels have kept spinning while I don’t really get anywhere. I really need to move house and during the year a number of opportunities have arisen and promptly fallen through. All year I have struggled with the public health system and I feel defeated by the level of ageism and sexism that I face. I feel that whatever I say is not believed. I am currently exploring complimentary health methods that may help me. But my funds are limited. Do you have any advice for me?
Thank you very much. You need to move, have battled the public health system, are on a budget and find sexism and ageism out there too. You are a Sun Scorpio woman with stelliums in Scorpio, Capricorn, Aquarius, Libra and Leo. Your mental and physical health, fitness and wellbeing prompt overdue decisions in the final week of January and the third week of February. Whatever (or whomever) you sign up for then has to be worth it, for all the tests of patience involved and all the heavy restrictions on you. A classic example would be committing to a daily walking group where you agree to stride out (or on a home treadmill or walk pad) for one hour a day. Another example would be going raw vegan. You could have endless hours of fascination on Google Scholar just by searching your health concerns; see what science is saying, right now, from cutting edge research. Often, the answers are free or affordable. Whatever you choose, though, just remember you will be stuck with it in 2026, 2027. You will have even more decisions about your housing situation in January, February 2026 when you will either say ‘Yes’ by March or once again decide to leave it. I am sorry that your health has stopped you working. Virgo and Sixth House factors in the birth chart are usually the issue. You have Chiron at 18 Virgo sextile Venus at 17 Scorpio. That’s your birth chart pattern; there is a direct connection between financial relationships and real-estate commitments (family or partners) and what happens with your physical and mental health. Whenever you agree to a complicated relationship with a parent, sibling or other family member – which is about an apartment, house, valuables or income – it raises questions about what you can get away with, in terms of work or study. It’s the same with a sexual partner.
