No exceptions will be made in this regard and if your subscription payment is automatically renewed, we will assume that you have done so with your express permission. Premium Member Birth Charts are for the use of the registered member, not for generating charts for other people. A Family & Friends Birth Chart is available for this purpose. Birth Date data is locked immediately on first submission and cannot be changed. If a member needs to substantially modify the date of birth in their birth data profile then a manual adjustment fee will be charged. A substantial modification is where more than one aspect of the date requires change (an aspect is either day, month, or year)

In the unlikely occurrence that any of Jessica Adams’ and Jessica Adams Proprietary Limited public events have to be canceled or postponed due to circumstances beyond the control of the organizers, they cannot be held responsible for any of your costs incurred as event attendees.
Jessica Adams and Jessica Adams Proprietary Limited does not accept responsibility and expressly excludes liability to the fullest extent permitted by law for:
- any loss or damage to any personal property left unattended during an event organized by Jessica Adams Proprietary Limited unless caused by the negligence of Jessica Adams or her employees; or
- death, sickness, or any personal injury suffered by an attendee at an event run by Jessica Adams Proprietary Limited unless caused by the negligence of her or her employees.
Children under 16 years old should be accompanied by an adult.
