Even if you don’t get to the signatures or handshakes stage, though, there will still be plenty of question-and-answer sessions and a reasonable amount of research, either at work or home by April 2026. Life after Easter 2026 is about your value system as much as anything else. It’s about what you will and won’t sell out for. March, April and May be dated on your paperwork right now. This is a good time of year to become more aware of that and to try and balance your calculations with your understanding of just how unpredictable life can be. You saw some of that last year, Taurus, but this hasn’t even started yet. What is the point of making a ‘certain’ property decision in market terms if you know your new home/old home could be taking you into far bigger possibilities in July? What price in terms of so-called absolutes can a business strategy extract in terms of your independence if other factors challenge you?

Luck’s here with blessed financial or real estate solutions or even genuinely big opportunities. This is a good time to watch, research and take notes on your next purchase, sale or transaction as your Jupiter cycle runs until June 30th, 2026. You stand to benefit with contracts or other kinds of property, charity or business paperwork until then.
Jupiter in Cancer in your Second House of cashflow, shopping, banking, profits, losses, debts and credits has a great reputation in astrology. The chances are high that your best-laid plans may also go upside-down thanks to Uranus in the same place in your birth chart. But that can be liberating. The last thing you expected, Gemini, at least by April. If you buy or sell anything in this cycle, you tend to find it’s bigger than you thought. Because the general local and global financial atmosphere now is so unpredictable (until April 2026, anyway), there can be a trickle-down effect on your financial affairs which means the ATM, the online banking system, the rock-solid deal or buying your first home is also affected. Always read the fine print now. Especially with expensive decisions. All this does actually translate into what money cannot buy which is empowerment, a different kind of control or a new deal for you, he, she or they to accept. This is the case until the Sun changes signs in the final week of February and it all stops being quite so public. You do have to set a price on holding or sharing the reins, though.

This is a good time to sort things out with your finances or real estate. You’ll be better informed and more logical about things now as the usual Neptune confusion over boundaries has gone. Leo, you should come up with useful results in a week or two – no matter if you are organising a family holiday, the will, a divorce settlement, borrowing a car or even tackling serious property issues. As with all end-game Pisces cycles, though, if you lean too hard on your past rather than this very new and different future, you may end up with an outdated approach to a situation which simply does not fit your old angle. Neptune is out of Pisces and your Eighth House. Saturn goes on February 14th, 2026. The escape from reality has gone, but so has the shifting line in the sand. The heavy restrictions and ring-fenced barricades vanish in around a week. New angle required.

This is a famously flaky time for and with partners of all kinds when what is allegedly settled or final is subject to change as one cycle only just began and another commences from Valentine’s Day. All the more reason not to make or accept promises if they are going to pre-empt the way things seem in around a week. It’s the perfect time to go on a fact-finding mission, though. But, obviously, do not leave your feelings out of it. As an air sign, you can be operating so logically and rationally at this time that you run the risk of forgetting the emotional component in anything. And quite binding restrictions are not yet here, so conditions now are not necessarily a reason to go ahead. You may want to analyse more, find out more and then commit a little later.

The Fourth House transit of Pluto with the Sun now affects your home. But this cycle also rules your family and any flatmates or live-in partners who share your home. Expect a lot of debate – probably about issues which are central to the control of your house, flat or garden or, just as likely, the family itself. Scorpio, just because you are satisfied that a particular course of action makes logical sense is not necessarily a good reason. Empowerment is all. Because the world of children, sex and your relationship with the younger generation is so close to your heart, this next April cycle can be extremely helpful as it enables you to be much more logical and objective about what is going on now.
