Gradual progress, like pushing someone on a swing, is shown by this hexagram. It’s about the upward swing, as you apply yourself. By consistent effort, pushing away and expecting success, you help yourself get there. Slow and steady, or perhaps regular speed but rhythmic, is suggested by this hexagram. There may be sudden setbacks. The weather. The other person or people. Unexpected X factors. Just keep going. By adjusting your position, bending and flexing, adapting and altering your approach, you will do better. It is also important to know that you have what it takes to keep going. It is also possible, with this hexagram, to be divinely assisted. The universe can help you. Maybe with the equivalent of a useful weather change or someone who comes in to help. A little bit of progress at a time is wise. So is recognising that even though you can be steady as she goes, there may still be situations where you have to quickly adjust to conditions, so you also need to be light on your feet and ready to take a different direction if you realise you must.
