Then on May 24th, 2025, Saturn enters Aries. All those dates are important (allow 24 hours either side) as you have some historic decisions to make about your appearance, name, title and reputation.
You began your escape from reality in this department in the closing days of March 2025 and first days of April. Now it’s May and reality bites. I think the last week of May will show you why you do actually need to focus on your internet profile more than ever. It’s not narcissism or ego; it’s necessary.
Just be aware that whatever or whomever you commit to (it may be weight loss or hair plugs, a new job title or status switch) is heavy in its implications. Saturn rules lead. This is a big overload of…something. As it is hard to escape what or who you sign up for on this transit, make sure you know what you are letting yourself in for. I think cosmetic surgery is a good example of this, but so is anything affecting how you are publicly viewed.

Dates to watch with quite a new media and internet story in your life are May 20th, 2025, when the Sun enters Gemini. Then May 25th, 2025, when Mercury enters Gemini. Crucially, May 26th, 2025, with a New Moon in Gemini. Jupiter will be in Gemini until June 8th, 2025. Then, from July 7th, 2025, when Uranus goes into Gemini, there will be a revolution. Plain English translation: This is a rare period of growth, improvement and expansion with a lot of solutions for you online but also with the traditional media. I would include education, academia and publishing in this, as essentially this Third House transit is about your way with words.
Take every change you get until June 8th, 2025, as Jupiter is the ‘greater benefic’ of old astrology and there are great benefits available now. Dumb luck is one way of putting it. Jupiter was also ‘Optimus Maximus’ to the Romans and now is the time to maximise your optimism. That seems to encourage good Jupiter outcomes.
The really radical change is from July 7th, 2025, when you will find more freedom, space and independence than you have ever known through the web or even by rejecting the web. Occasionally the core issue is actually your voice, your command of the language, your abilities with a computer and so on. If so, take every answer.

You may be a Hindu or sworn to a clairvoyant, but very few people will have any idea of just how many decisions are being informed by your secret self. Your solitary self. There will be a rather heavy new chapter from May 24th which needs thought. What you begin by June is not something you can shed easily or lightly. What or whom you commit to then is not an escape at all. In fact, it may turn out to be a test of patience.

This is one of the most important phases of your life in terms of your bank, shares, charity, valuables, house and/or apartment. Dates to watch for pending decisions are – May 20th, 2025, when the Sun enters Gemini. Then May 25th, 2025, when Mercury enters Gemini. Crucially, May 26th, 2025, with a New Moon in Gemini when a new beginning appears.
You do have solutions and sweeping answers that include so many more people, opportunities for growth and perhaps rolling expansion (financially) depending on what you did last year. This is the end of Jupiter in Gemini in your First House of appearance, title, profile, photographs, portraits, YouTube clips, social media and media. This may be a core issue like your physical health or a more negotiable matter like your Facebook account (if you are even on there). Jupiter is about great benefits. He can save the day in a difficult situation. He can also bring vast, sweeping solutions which help everybody. You have until June 8th, 2025, to use your simple luck.
From July 7th, 2025, when Uranus goes into Gemini, there will be a revolution offered to you for many years into the future. It will be radical and liberating. This is a two-step process: First, Jupiter brings big answers for your name, reputation and headshots. Later on, Uranus brings you freedom from (or freedom through) something so central.

Around the 16th, 18th, 24th of May 2025, you could make quite pivotal decisions about gangs, clubs, teams, networks and circles in your life like bands, political parties, societies or associations. This is a month for beginning, starting again or departing. You may find a friendship goes (for example) or a brand-new friendship begins. Sometimes that can happen at the same time. There is no ‘good or bad’ about this. Basically, there is just a long period of scuba diving, surfing, sailing, drifting, floating and cruising. Yet there is also a deal to be made about power and control. That’s Ceres. Ambition, Position and Mission

One, two, three! Cancer, take your time as you decide what to do about your job, project, voluntary role or your university/college commitment. This is all pretty new and, although you clearly have an escape from the real world these days, you will also have to accept a heavily ring-fenced situation for the next couple of years. This is rather like taking a job as a bartender on the Love Boat, then realising you can’t get off the boat until 2027.
Whatever is happening in your vocation or calling, have a look at your birth chart too. If you have anything in Virgo, then you also have karma to complete with work, unpaid work or education from 18-19 years prior. This karma holds through 2026, and you may recognise quite obvious repayments, spiritually, or something you have to go through.
Chiron is prominent in your solar Tenth House now and this ancient symbol of audacious attempts and bold, daring and apparently impossible moves is very much in the frame. A person, organisation or situation which has this kind of chutzpah (Dennis Elwell’s key word for Chiron) will take up a lot of your time and energy in the second half of May.
Long-term – Neptune stays for many years, so you will have a rather insulated space to inhabit not unlike surfing in a wetsuit in a cold sea. Going further out, drifting, submerging in your new world of (very different) success is pretty normal. The trick is to have an anchor, lifeguard, lighthouse and some flags. Gemini Weather, Friends and Groups
If you put in reasonable effort, Leo, you will have fantastic new friends, rebooted old friendships, solid gold groups around you and real rewards with a circle of people you put energy into. You are now in a really intriguing period in your life with networks, chums, pals, allies and people power. From July 7th, 2025, they will change your life. You will find freedom through these people. It’s a liberating time for social media and your social life. It lasts until the year 2033, so this is a long haul. For example, you may audition for a band in May, be hired in June and then find the band goes Top 20 in July.
Do You Have Aquarius Factors? If so, double that message. In fact, these friends and groups are transforming your life and offering you power if you use willpower and control if you use self-control. Back in the final week of March 2025, you were offered an escape from the real world. A holiday from reality. I had a Substack reader a few weeks ago who said she did not understand what that meant. I’m sure you do! It’s a vacation from the everyday normal and mundane known world. Since the final week of March, Leo, you have been finding it overseas or with foreigners and/or people from other cultures in your own town or city.
Now, it all changes again – Ceres, Chiron and Saturn are all in Aries together from the month of May. Take your time as you accept new arrangements (for example – attending an overseas conference) as Saturn will bind you to the agreement. Ceres suggests a deal or compromise. So, for example, you may hit a 50-50 bargain over an export program. Chiron is the attempt to pull off what is popularly supposed to be impossible, out of the question or a bridge too far. With Aries in your Ninth House, it suggests that you have a huge amount to think about in May.

The flurry of activity in your solar Eighth House of joint finance, property and valuables is unusual. The Eighth House is the marriage vow “For richer or poorer.” Make no mistake, this zone of your chart is also about inheritance (naming you) and any legacy you sign which names others. So, we are talking big ticket items here. Paintings, apartments and, naturally, life insurance, superannuation, pensions, divorce settlements and ‘understandings’ come into it.
Ever since the end of March 2025, you have been living in a parallel world quite different to the old, normal, everyday real world – at least with finance, property or valuables. What happens as June draws closer is heavy. Very heavy. Take time and perhaps professional advice before you sign or accept a signature. In fact, there will be a split in the controls by June. You may also accept something so new or adopt a completely different way of defining success. Retiring can do it. So can pursuing an alternative professional existence. You find independence through this. So, if you were a musician your whole life, you may want to become a full-time painter. Maybe you’ll take up ceramics. Chrissie Hynde and Nick Cave (both Virgo like you) just did.
In your natal chart, you were born with the Sun in Virgo in the Sixth House of duty, service and work ethic. For the first time in almost two decades, the South Node is passing through this house. Duets and Duels
The duets and duels of your Seventh House are classically marriage, divorce, professional partnership, legal separation, personal feuds and new sexual relationships. Ever since the end of March 2025 when Neptune also entered Aries (and your Seventh House), you have been shown an alternative way to live. It bears no resemblance at all to the real world and, in fact, is a rival to it in many ways. For example, it is very common to have a long crush on someone you will never be with but to spend time wishing, hoping and imagining. That’s Neptune.
There are variations on this theme. Now you have had April to really feel the new cycle. In May, you have decisions to make. Another extremely common example of this transit is the battle or war which is like a Disneyland experience. Maybe Shakespeare. It’s not real world.
Everything about the other side or your other half becomes all too real when Saturn changes signs at the end of May. That is your cue to turn to professional expertise if you need to or to hit the books (or web forums) to discover what others have done before in your situation. This may be the aftermath of a bad business partnership or the ‘duration game’ of marriage after many years. Be extremely cautious if you are getting married, divorcing, moving in with a lover, entering into a work partnership or leaving one. What comes out of this is ring-fenced and heavily so. Make sure you know exactly what you are getting into, Libra.
If your Sun is in the early degrees of Libra (1, 2 degrees), then the opposition of Neptune and Saturn at 1, 2 Aries is personal, unusual and needs following up. This is the cycle when people travel extensively, emigrate or draw foreigners into their lives. Variations on the theme include international work projects, exports or multicultural commitments. Dates to watch are May 20th, 2025, when the Sun enters Gemini. Then May 25th, 2025, when Mercury enters Gemini. Crucially, May 26th, 2025, with a New Moon in Gemini. This is an astrological ‘flow’ when a new decision made around May 26th seems likely to lead to quite revolutionary change in July/August. It will happen suddenly and be liberating and that’s all I can tell you. You will have several Independence Days as a result of it. Uranus is by its nature – unpredictable, highly unusual, unorthodox and unprecedented. But do all you can to solve issues, chase opportunities and find big answers by June. Workload and Wellbeing
You will have to compromise over your workload and/or wellbeing in the second half of May 2025 extending to June. This may be a 50-50 division of control with your career, course or unpaid role. If your health (mental or physical health) stops you professionally, academically or as a volunteer, then the bargaining will be via a doctor, therapist, surgeon, health insurance company, complementary practitioner or with your own approach to diet and exercise.
Ceres is about empowerment and very much about sharing the reins, carving up the turf or splitting the territory. Sometimes it’s about time, so this may be literally time-sharing with work. Ceres enters Aries on May 16th, 2025, followed by Chiron at 25 Aries is sextile Jupiter at 25 Gemini on May 18th, 2025. Then on May 24th, 2025, Saturn enters Aries. This is the big one as you’ve not had this cycle for 28 years, Scorpio. Take a great deal of time and experienced advice before you enter into an arrangement affecting your workload and/or wellbeing. You will be dealing with quite heavy restrictions here, so make sure the stakes are something you can comfortably live with.
At the same time, there is something about your lifestyle these days which is not remotely real world. If anything, it has become its own separate universe since the end of March 2025. That also needs taking into consideration. If you have factors in Virgo in your natal chart, then life as it was 18-19 years ago will come back to you as you are owed from that time (or you owe) on a work or health level. This is the most important year (for a very long time) with your finances, lease, real-estate investment, valuable items, charity or good cause. You have ongoing transits in your solar Eighth House. You were also born with the Sun in Scorpio in your natal Eighth House, so what happens with the numbers is also a defining moment for your identity. It’s not just about the mortgage (say) or the inheritance. It says something about who you are.

I would expect a new beginning at that stage, Scorpio, possibly about the bank account or bills you share with a partner or maybe about a complex matter regarding your shares or business.
You are helped throughout by the biggest and best cycle in 12 years. This is full of solutions for you. It’s Jupiter in Gemini and it’s here for a few more weeks. Jupiter will be in Gemini until June 8th, 2025. Then from July 7th, 2025, Uranus goes into Gemini. This is really the known world turning upside-down in a way that will set you free. This is really about a shift in your country and in the world as the whole planet will experience an end game at this time with trade, tariffs, share markets and currency.
An entire 2018 – 2025 cycle just stops on July 7th. The ripple effect will reach your shore as Uranus goes out of Taurus and into Gemini. If you have the Sun at the later degrees of Scorpio (at 28, 29), then Uranus will be in opposition to your natal Sun, and you need to be aware of all the paperwork (financial or property-based in nature) and what it means. Whatever your Sun looks like, this turning point ahead with your bank account, house, apartment, company, business interests, charity, possessions – is unprecedented.
I strongly recommend you get yourself into a flexible, adaptable, easily adjustable position in May which is the last full month you have Jupiter in Gemini to assist you with good advice or open doors. Perhaps you already know what your revolution will be. Maybe you don’t. But wiggle room is always an extremely good idea on a forthcoming Uranus transit.

Relationships, Children, Young Adults
The Aries zone of your chart is packed in May 2025. It rules courtship, the bedroom, babies, children and a younger generation – probably Millennials for you. Mixed patterns mean mixed feelings about 1-2 decisions which are coming up. You may be dating a single father, negotiating sex in a long marriage or dealing with your daughter. If you have anything in Cancer in your natal chart – then from June 2025 to June 2026, this will have implications for your money, house or apartment too. So, for example, this may be about you and your wife and the mortgage.
So what are the dates? Ceres enters Aries on May 16th, 2025. Chiron at 25 Aries is sextile Jupiter at 25 Gemini on May 18th, 2025. Then on May 24th, 2025, Saturn enters Aries. You already have Neptune in Aries which is almost enough by itself. That started in the closing days of March 2025.
The over-riding principle here is one of patient investigation and enquiry. Maybe a professional can help. Perhaps you just need the right book or website. Don’t just go into whatever you feel compelled by. Saturn can be an agent of fate (true), but there is no rule that says you have to strap yourself in and lock up as May finishes. Far from it. Whatever choices you are making about affairs of the heart, the bed, the baby, the grown-up children or even an entire younger generation – you can negotiate with destiny.
In fact, “Destiny is negotiable” was a much-repeated phrase of Geoffrey Cornelius. Quite right, too. I don’t think you can avoid Saturn on this transit, but you can certainly figure out a way to keep the stakes low and the inevitable test of patience in 2025/2026 as comfortable as possible.

Your other half or the other side is the focus in May. This is turning out to be an exceptionally important month for your personal life. Important dates are May 20th, 2025, when the Sun enters Gemini then, May 25th , 2025, when Mercury enters Gemini. Crucially, May 26th, 2025, with a New Moon in Gemini. Meanwhile, the solutions and opportunities are there for a little longer as Jupiter will be in Gemini until June 8th, 2025.
Then, from July 7th, 2025, Uranus goes into Gemini. Cue the revolution. This cycle runs until 2033, and a high percentage of Sagittarians will separate or divorce. I said a high percentage – not necessarily you. The astrology behind this is that Uranus is a symbol of freedom, space, autonomy, independence and new beginnings. If a marriage, de facto partnership or long-term sexual relationship has become too heavily confining, it is pretty common for it to break.
This is also the cycle when single people find new partners for exactly the same reasons. Being celibate has become an entrapment, so along comes a lover who won’t drive you crazy to quote Mr. Mellencamp. Or who will drive you crazy to quote Mr. Mercury. The Fourth House of your chart rules your house, apartment, the land, any residence (like a houseboat), but also your relatives, the people in the household, your town and country. What is happening now is the start of a long period of dealmaking and compromise – very likely with a family member but, perhaps, with a live-in partner or a flatmate/roommate. Maybe a tenant or landlady. Try to park the feelings at the door as this will need a fair amount of detachment if you are both/all going to stick to the new arrangement.
Important dates are Ceres enters Aries on May 16th, 2025. Chiron at 25 Aries is sextile Jupiter at 25 Gemini on May 18th, 2025. Then on May 24th, 2025, Saturn enters Aries.
This is the big one. It’s the second new wave of change since the end of March when you realised the usual boundaries had disappeared. Capricorn, this may have been with a parent, sibling or flatmate/roommate. Perhaps the boundaries were literal, so you had issues with the fence or the doors/walls where you are. Neptune moved into your Fourth House. From the end of May, Saturn goes in too. This is the beginning of years of quite confused boundaries which will need regular checking and maintenance or just regular re-installation.
Saturn is the new restrictions or ring-fencing around the situation. It’s an odd one. You have an escape from the real world – a holiday from the everyday – a vacation from what most people would call normality. So, that’s the house, apartment or other space. Yet here we are with your ruler Saturn going into the same chart zone at the end of May, so there is a heavy new reality along with this ‘other’ reality.
Do you have Cancer factors in your natal chart? Double that message. Mars Retrograde in Cancer has been revving up the situation on a stop-start basis for months. This is replaced by big solutions and opportunities from June 2025 until June 2026. Jupiter goes into Cancer then. Capricorn, you also have such a new phase beginning with your workload and wellbeing. This is Gemini traffic in your solar Sixth House of daily routine, service, duty, paid work, unpaid work and study. It dovetails with your mental and physical health.
Important dates to watch are May 20th, 2025, when the Sun enters Gemini and then May 25th, 2025, when Mercury enters Gemini. Crucially, May 26th, 2025, with a New Moon in Gemini which suggests a new beginning. This may be a project, course term, position or it may be a new direction with your wellbeing. You have a lot of solutions, opportunities and sweeping answers to use in all these departments.
Jupiter will be in Gemini until June 8th, 2025. Then, from July 7th, 2025, Uranus goes into Gemini. Maybe you already know this, but from July 2025, a revolution is coming which will radically change your way of life on a daily basis. You will be set free. Find freedom and also gain independence. Internet, Siblings, Neighbouring Places
The Third House of your solar chart is lit in May 2025. This may be about your brother, sister, cousin (or your ‘brother’ if that is how you call someone). There will be a compromise or deal between you and sibling(s) or cousin(s) by June 2025 as Ceres suggests sharing time, control or the reins.
Important dates are Ceres enters Aries on May 16th, 2025. Chiron at 25 Aries is sextile Jupiter at 25 Gemini on May 18th, 2025. Then on May 24th, 2025, Saturn enters Aries. All these are turning points – give or take a couple of days.
Aquarius, it’s not just decisions coming about these people. It’s also very much about the internet, the media and neighbouring places – as well as the neighbours. The Third House is a mixed bag, and it makes no sense at first glance until you realise that as a child – if you had siblings, neighbourhood friends and/or cousins around, they taught you to speak and read. And you taught them to speak and read. As an adult, this becomes your use of (say) Substack, Bluesky or YouTube. It becomes The Guardian or The Daily Telegraph or the BBC.
We also associate short journeys and commuting with this cycle. So, the bicycle, bus or the car. What we are seeing is a big shift in all these areas of your life which began at the end of March 2025. That was when you realised the boundaries had gone with (or for) your sibling/cousin. Perhaps a neighbour. The internet or media may have become unusually porous from that point. Perhaps you joined a social media website where there are no walls, gates or fences. Aquarius, it’s also very true of neighbouring places or commuting. From the end of March, for whatever reason, the boundaries went.
Now, you move into stage two of this immense change cycle. As I mentioned, there will be a compromise by June 2025. From the end of May, though, there will also be a new, heavy set of restrictions. There is no way you could possibly know what to do about all these very new situations as they’ve just not happened to you before – not in this way. So, if you need advice, knowledge, others’ experience, good books, useful videos or websites – now is the time to seek them out. If you do make a commitment about any of the life areas I have mentioned above in May – June, be aware that it will be very hard to get out of later.
On a fundamental core level, this transit is also about your speech, hearing and eyesight. Your writing or grasp of language. If that is your issue, then you have a major decision to make. What a long, strange trip it’s been for you with your finances over many years. You have had one cycle after another resulting in all kinds of lessons about your personal life budget.
