On the new website, there have been changes to the way that you manage your membership subscription.
Using Manual Renewal to control payment
On the old site, we found some customers used the cancellation function to manage when payments were taken from their account. You can do this on the new site, but in a different way. Rather than cancelling your membership, we recommend using the Manual Renewal option. This function will send you an invoice that you can pay in your own time, and it ensures no surprises when payment are taken out of your account. Here’s how you can change your subscription to Manual Renewal.
Cancelling your Membership
You should use cancellation when you are finished with your membership. Cancellation is a process you can now control yourself and you do not need to contact support. Here is how you cancel your Premium Membership Subscription.
Payment options
As part of the transition to the new website, we needed to cancel the PayPal automatic-renewals that were associated with the old website. This is because they could not be integrated into the new one. This is what we require all transitioned members to set up a new membership subscription on the new website. Our current payment provider is Stripe but we are working. on reintroducing PayPal in the near future. Once logged in, members should be able to see the balance of their transferred membership days on the home page.
