Aries – Let’s consider the health, mental health, fitness and wellbeing aspect of this New Moon cycle first. Everything about your body will be a lot more obvious now – which is why it’s classically a time for a medical check-up or an appointment about insomnia, say. People get their teeth overhauled at this time as this Virgo cycle shows you what is clearly in need of attention. It exposes what is central and important – what can’t be overlooked.
The Sun and Moon are in your sector of self-care. It’s a very good time to get the once-over on tooth decay, depression, cholesterol, blood sugar levels, blood pressure, bone density, and anything else you can think of. Even if you are already receiving medical or alternative health treatment, this three-week period is extremely useful as it can give you much clearer insights on everything.
This transit is also about work, unpaid work and study. Do you also have Virgo natal chart factors? If so, life as it was 18-19 years ago, is coming back to you, Aries. You are owed or you owe, karmically. A rather stuck situation now has to happen because you must repay or receive spiritually. One look at your emails 18-19 years ago and you will see why.
Whatever your natal chart looks like, the Sixth House life review now is associated with part-time and full-time work and the chores you do at home (if you don’t have a job) together with any outside interests which you think of as your duty (volunteer work, for example.) In this cycle, you’ll be asked to scrutinise your working life carefully before a fresh start in place by Sunday.

Taurus – And so to the New Moon in your Fifth House which rules the bedroom and courtship. Sex is so personal, I have no idea what will come up for you now. But I do know it will be a) vitally important and b) your chance to get total clarity and insight. This cycle will either be an ego massage (“Yes! I could do this on camera and get paid for it”) or a reality check (“Aaargh!”). It’s just about pride and ego, of course. But this relentless spotlight on your sexuality is useful. This applies no matter if you are an onanist or rather too actively married.
If you have Leo natal chart factors, a long and winding road with relationships straightens out next week. This week is the last of Mercury Retrograde, so flux remains until then. Poor online dating communication or delays with contraception are two classic examples.
Whatever your chart looks like, this cycle is not only about bed. It is also about pregnancy, babies, infants, children, teenagers and Generation Z. Again, if you have Leo factors – weeks of reversal and rehearsal ends around August 25th, 2025. Gemini – Do you have Cancer natal chart factors? This is a lucky time for you – right up until June 2026 with a new beginning indicated now. This may be a real estate purchase or sale, renovations, redecoration, family expansion, resolution of issues with (or for) the family and so on. It will chime with the New Moon this week.
Gemini, whatever your birth chart looks like – this week suggests a fresh start with your home, property interests, extended family circle, flatmates/roommates and garden. On a wider scale, it pulls in your town and country and may involve your council, the government and so on.
The Sun now asks, “Are you proud of all this or not?” Of course, it all depends on how much work you’ve put in, but also on your luck to some extent. I mention luck because in 2025 and 2026, other people’s good fortune can become yours too. Your new boyfriend may inherit a house, for example, and you both end up living in it. Cancer – The Third House where we now find the New Moon rules brothers, cousins and sisters, communication and short-haul travel (a quick plane trip, an overnight stay or a weekend car expedition). Let’s begin with your siblings or cousins. At this time of year, your relationship with them will be much more obvious to other people. Is the connection to your brother, sister or your aunt/uncle’s family something to be proud of or not? You’ll either be congratulated for getting it right now or reminded how and why you’ve been getting it wrong. The Sun exposes and illuminates, highlights and draws attention to this person in your life. It’s about Harry, if you’re William.
When we look at your natal chart, any Gemini factors there suggest a bigger revolution is taking place. Cancer, there is a long-term cycle about your own freedom and independence from (or through) a sibling or cousin which brings major decisions in mid-2026. Whatever your chart looks like, communication (your way with words and images or ideas and messages) is also in the spotlight now. It’s time to be admired and recognised (even celebrated) if things are going well.
And if not? You will have another chance to shine at about this time next year, so use this month’s experiences as a launching pad for a very different kind of future and hopefully one that will make you proud. Cancer, the final part of the Third House is transport and neighbouring journeys. Leo – Your financial position, your salary, your money management, your assets (possessions or property) and your debts will be in sharp focus now. Your values will also be in the spotlight. That means what you will and won’t sell out for and who (or what) you consider to be priceless. Your ruler the Sun is in the Second House now. If you have Taurus factors in your natal chart, there is a bigger story going on here about a revolution in your affairs which will restart in November 2025.
Whatever your birth chart looks like – this time last year, you put certain things in motion where your finances, lifestyle, business interests, security, property or values were concerned. What happens now will either prove to you what a brilliant job you’ve been doing – or not. In all cases, this cycle finds you asking, “What do you think of me? How did I do? How do the numbers add up?”
The New Moon is about a new beginning with your house, apartment, taxation, pension/superannuation, life budget, charity, shares, business and so on. It’s about singling out the most important aspects of your financial, business and property world as opposed to the forgettable trivia.

Virgo- Your birthday falls in this cycle, so your personality will be in the spotlight for a few days as people scratch their heads trying to work out who you really are. There will be a relaunch or reboot of your name, face, reputation within days. Even famous Virgos like Prince Harry, Stephen Fry or Chrissie Hynde become over-exposed now. It’s like standing on an old Hollywood film set under a giant spotlight.
This can be an amazingly illuminating and useful time. The Sun says “How are you doing? How are you rating? How do you feel about the way other people view you?” If your ego is wonderfully massaged now, then you’re clearly projecting the right image out there or sending the right signals. If not, this week suggests a reboot. You may leave Facebook and join Substack, for example.

Libra – You have a New Moon in your Twelfth this week. The Sun’s spotlight will swing on all the things you achieve privately or by yourself away from other people’s attention. Have you privately been seeing a therapist, to help fix your marriage? The Twelfth is about psychologists, psychiatrists, counsellors, psychics, priests, rabbis, monks, hypnotists and all who attend to your soul or spirit.
The Sun is neither negative nor positive, it just works like the real Sun illuminating whatever it touches. When it moves into the Twelfth House, it lights up anything and anybody you have been keeping to yourself so that everyone else can see it. Do you have something to be proud of here or could it all do with a lot more effort and energy? This week could be about your Jewish or Anglican background as much as it might be about your medium or your medication for anxiety, insomnia or depression. Only you know. And it all happens alone.
You can feel exposed at this time – as if you’ve suddenly been made aware of everything that you’ve been covering up or even forgetting about yourself. The exposure is useful, though, as it will enable you to get in touch with who you really are when nobody else is around. What’s inside your clockwork? Often, your childhood or adolescent experiences of religion will come up on this transit – be you a lapsed Catholic or enthusiastic Buddhist. A new beginning is coming, Libra. Scorpio – You will make a new friend this week, join a new group, reboot an old friendship or come back to an existing club, team, social media website and so on. This is your annual chance to hit the button on your social life and circles and then move on a green light. Friends are often in the background of our lives, but not in this cycle. Is this Seinfeld, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Friends or Dad’s Army? The Liver Birds or The Likely Lads? Either way, you get to learn about your friendships and circles and what’s brilliant (or disappointing) about them. Do you want to see this on rewind fifty years from now or not? For some of you, it is the Freemasons. For others, the Democrats. Perhaps, it’s your band.
At the same time, the Sun will illuminate your own performance as a friend. You’ll be thrown into situations which highlight exactly what you bring to your friendships. Social events will come along now which throw you and your friends together. Or they get caught up in their own little life episodes which suddenly and directly involve you. Everyone is watching – so how will you perform?
Scorpio, do you have Aquarius factors? If so, this week is really important. It is part of a longer, deeper transformation with friends and groups over many years. In fact, the changes which come as 2026 begins will hark back to what happens this week. Very importantly, whatever your chart looks like, how effective have you been over the last 11 months as a friend? That’s what the Sun will really expose now.

Sagittarius – For around three weeks now, you are going to be seen purely in terms of your business card, your achievements, your success and your mission. The world is watching. Sagittarius, with a New Moon in your Tenth, there is also a new job, project, role, course or calling for you this week. New retirement, perhaps, or a university course waiting. This is also the sort of cycle when people retire or see a promotion. The Tenth is associated with honours, trophies and so on. However, it is a mistake to think the Sun and New Moon are automatically positive. They just shed light and point to a new beginning. They expose, highlight and illuminate. So, if you need to correct problems and start again professionally, that is what you will do.
Do you have any idea about what you’re well-known for in your particular industry or field? Do you know what you’re ‘famous’ for in your social world? That’s what the Sun will single out now. Its brilliant, relentless spotlight will sweep around your name, reputation, CV and success rating for around 21 days showing you what’s what. The new beginning comes +/- 24 hours of the New Moon. You can become an honorary ambassador, win an Oscar-worthy role, face the sack (if you’ve not handled last year’s cycle well at all) or be handed a new project. All of it will be public.
I would also be watching November 2025 to April 2026, Sagittarius, as it is clearly the last stage of the most radical change to your lifestyle and workload in years coming along. Perhaps, those dates will be part of what you discuss this week. Expect a revolution at that time which will set you free and give you far more independence. You have Uranus returning to your Sixth in that timeframe. The same trends apply to you if you are retired, unemployed or have full-time home duties – but this cycle will be about the roles and goals you have on your own merits.

Capricorn – What is it that sets you apart from other people in terms of study, publishing, foreigners, foreign countries, teaching and the worldwide web? What is it that’s truly special, even brilliant, about you? What happens over the next three weeks will help to reveal all. Alternatively, if you are way off track, the Sun will expose what needs to be corrected and adjusted. This is the Sun in Virgo and also the New Moon in Virgo in your Ninth.
You may feel as if you are watching yourself watch yourself which is quite usual. If you are a graduate, your old alma mater may be in your diary with cameras pointed your way. If you have ties to other countries, your attitude towards the locals and the place itself will be more obvious. Travel or even emigration plans can show up on this transit. The web in wide translation is another pivotal point.
If you are long overdue for special attention and admiration, then now is the time you’ll get it. You could pick up a diploma, an honorary degree or an award. Your ideas and beliefs about other cultures or nationalities could win you admiration, recognition and/or respect. The Sun turns a spotlight on this aspect of your personality and achievements now. And if it’s the kind of spotlight you do not want at all? Well, you can relaunch and reboot.

Aquarius – A fresh start not possible in 12 months is coming this week with finance or property. The New Moon suggests you will be turning over a new leaf. So, this includes but is not limited to your mortgage, tax, inheritance payments, partnership investments, commission, loans, settlements, debts, joint assets and shared resources. It’s about what you own, earn or owe in relation to a second or third party (commonly your wife/husband) or the big-ticket items you have in your will leaving to children. The Sun will single out all the important issues for you now, so you have a chance to sort out what (or who) is making you feel confident and why. However, it can also expose flaws and problems all the better to fix, Aquarius.
If you have Taurus factors in your birth chart, this week is even more important as more radical changes are coming in November 2025, and it won’t be until April 2026 that you can finally farewell a revolution with finance or property that began back in 2018. Whatever your chart looks like, this week is your cue to see an accountant, get a second job to pay off your debts or sell the apartment. I daresay your rent, home loan, real estate investment, Airbnb and so on is part of this, Aquarius. That’s because a few weeks prior to Christmas, you will be on track for the final really big change no later than Easter 2026.

Everything about these relationships (and they are all relationships of some sort) will be on show to other people now. What’s your marriage like? Is your current crush right for you or are you about to discover s/he is an obsessive newt collector or a latter-day Gussie Fink-Nottle and run for the hills?
Pisces, professional partnerships are also ruled by this cycle. Your other half or the other side (in a dispute) is indicated. Expect a rare fresh start.
