Aries – Each cycle of the Sun will expose what you are well-known, recognised or even famous for in terms of the area of your life it’s picking up. Right now, that’s about to be your position, mission and ambition. The Sun enters Capricorn by next month. This exposure will make you sharply aware of how proud you do or don’t feel about what you have to show. Aries, you will find that the process of being gawped at by other people will encourage you to make changes in your life that mean one year from now, you will actually have something to be proud of – like a diploma. Or prouder of – like a huge promotion in life.
The Sun passes through the same cycles and houses in your life at around the same time every year. This is why any part of yourself or your world which does not bear really close inspection can be upgraded over a twelve-month period ready for next year’s spotlight.

Taurus – This is a right brain cycle about your partner – when you will use logic and rational thinking to make sense of the situations and people which Mercury presents you with. Backwards. Why backwards? Mercury is retrograde. Try to balance your right brain and left brain now. No matter if Mercury is acting alone or working alongside other planets at any time in your life, the most intelligent way to manage your life now is by balancing words and ideas with irrational feelings and moods. During this cycle of reversal, rehearsal and rescheduling with this man or woman, you will also need to focus on your way with the written and spoken word and your ability to make a lot of mental connections very quickly. Gemini – Mercury, your ruler, is now backwards in your zone of workload, wellbeing, daily life and daily routine. And don’t you know it. There is typically a vast amount of analysis, discussion, gossip – and loose talk – when this planet is retrograde. Some of it will stick and some of it will not. Some of it is worth relying on and some of it will be absolute rubbish. Astrologers advise against signing anything important at this time because what appears to be gospel truth or a done deal could turn out to be anything but.
It is wise to avoid negotiations during Mercury retrograde cycles because you may change your mind later or find you could have swung a better health insurance deal somewhere else. If you can ask for time to think and ponder now about a work matter, college/university question or unpaid work issue – it’s probably a good idea. Cancer – Jupiter retrograde in Cancer. During this cycle of temporarily stalled opportunities for a relaunch, you will long for people, places, plans and possibilities which seem bigger and better in image terms. Wardrobe? Hair? Scorpio – The nodes bring karma with babies, infants, children, teenagers and younger adults from 18-19 years ago. The North Node is also known as the Dragon’s Head. They may come disguised in different ways, but what unfolds will essentially be something you know very well. This cycle is easy to manage because it allows you to draw on experience and instinct. You’ll also find the people and situations you draw towards you now are ‘repeats’ from even further back. Sagittarius – You now experience the repetition and déjà vu associated with the South Node in Virgo in your zone of success, ambition and position. Status – usually professional, sometimes social. This is about university or college life too or unpaid roles. The South Node is also known as the Dragon’s Tail – it is joined to the North Node and the two travel together in opposite signs through the houses of your horoscope.
It also delivers people, places and experiences which are all too familiar from other lifetimes (or from this one!) and is similar to the North Node in the sense that you may feel ‘been there, done that’ about what happens when it comes around.
