On or very close to these dates (below) we are going to a brand new way to own a home. These anti-bank, people-power plans will change the world from 2018.
Watch property prices, mortgage interest rates, land, home repossessions and the rest like a hawk, now. Why? Because there is a natural connection between the fear factor in global finance and the impact on the sale and purchase of property right around the globe. You cannot separate them. Now, this is a temporary trend. Diana, the Sun, Mercury and Mars will not be in Cancer very long and Saturn has gone by September, moving into Sagittarius. If you want to know the larger cosmic message of July and August 2015, it’s this – why does your own home – your family home – always have to involve you being in debt to bankers? The other huge turning point in this story about property is Wednesday 2nd September near the Saturn-Minerva trine.
Saturn stations direct between the end of share trading on Friday 31st July and Monday 3rd August. That spells frozen fear. Suspension. No movement. No progress. The exact date of the station (and time) is Sunday 2nd August 5.52am in London. Monday 3rd August is also key. Why? Jupiter squares Saturn that day at 10.36am in London. This is an epic stand-off between optimism and big thinking – and the forces of pessimism. Monday 3rd August and Tuesday 4th August look like milestone days for Wall Street and other markets. Astrology has linked these two to growth and pessimism for 2000+ years.
Near Wednesday 12th August Saturn sextiles Ceres, in Capricorn (corporations, government) so very close to that we are going to see massive political and corporate fallout from the financial stress of July-September with promotions, demotions, exits, mergers and takeovers. Ceres is a tremendous symbol of a change in the balance of power and was herself promoted, back in 2006, when Pluto was ‘killed’ by astronomers. So around 12th August according to all the laws of astrology the financial fear/freeze will go hand-in-hand with the most tremendous upheavals in governments and large corporations.
In a nutshell? July-September brings a wave of patriotism and local thinking in countries like Greece, and particularly in England, where so many yearn to leave the E.U. There will be massive support for local farming and regional produce, local industries and communities – not export and import. It won’t last but it’s important. Beyond that we’re going to see record numbers of people moving back in with their families and family ties strengthening. The Cancer theme will also be picked up by the bargain-basement prices of property for those who need them, and radical crowdsourcing property options elsewhere.
