The Saturn-Neptune Conjunction in Aries
What happens when Saturn goes to 00 Aries 44 and Neptune goes to 00 Aries 44, on Friday 20th February at 12.54pm? It’s tempting to think that a gigantic Monty Python foot descends from the clouds and squashes something.
Annoyingly, astrology doesn’t work like that. What we do get, is one major event (affecting the whole world) or a chain of events (all similar) which fall on, or close to the date. (Images: Wikimedia Commons).
Ghislaine Maxwell’s natal chart is precisely hit. But what does history tell us about the Neptune-Saturn conjunction in Aries?
Male Violence in a Hollywood Filter
One thing is certain. It’s heavy. It’s serious. It’s also the stuff of which Hollywood scripts are written.
There is always an alternative reality with Neptune. Channelled through Aries, a male sign, ruled by Mars (a male symbol) it’s about mens’ violence. Again, the stuff of which far too many Hollywood scripts are made of. (Below, Keanu Reeves and Robert de Niro).
Easily the most famous event the last time we saw Saturn and Neptune in Aries in a conjunction, was a Japanese tragedy that stars like Reeves and de Niro have acted out on the big screen, centuries later. There will be echoes of this on February 20th, 2026.
Japanese Ritual Suicide
What happened in the 18th century – still remembered today – the last time when heavy reality (Saturn) met a complete escape from reality (Neptune) in Aries, was a mass event of Hollywood proportions. The lone soldier, gladiator, swordsman or gunman figure represented by Aries, met his end.
47 Ronin (Japanese Samurai swordsmen) committed ritual suicide. They turned their weapons on themselves.
It was a loyal act of revenge, nicknamed The Ako Incident, in honour of the death of their master.
The Japanese have been obsessed with The Ako Incident for centuries. It’s sunk like a stone into global consciousness. It’s the very definition of Saturn in conjunction with Neptune in Aries. The memorial (below) is a testimony to that fateful transit, back in 1703. (Shutterstock).
The Hollywood Films
Robert De Niro starred in a film about The Ako Incident, called Ronin. Keanu Reeves followed in another film, called 47 Ronin.
Each of the Ronin died on the 4th day of the 2nd month (元禄十六年二月四日; or 20th March 1703 with modern Western timing.
That gives us Saturn at 10 Aries 44 and Neptune at 11 Aries 26. It is still a conjunction, though not exact.
If the dates (above) are even slightly wrong, due to old Japanese calendar confusion or the usual fuzzy history, that would bring us in closer.
The key is the symbolism, though. The men took their own lives because of a vision; a philosophy; a religious idea. Neptune is all those things. Saturn describes all that one is bound to. The Ronin felt they were bound to turn their swords on themselves, because of their ideology. There was no way out. At least in their minds.
Robert de Niro and Keanu Reeves Act It Out
Even if the conjunction is just one degree off the date in question – The Ako Incident fits the very definition of a Neptune-Saturn conjunction in Aries.
It is important to note – the conjunction is not some automatic symbol of suicide. In fact, astrology famously failed to ever make the connection between suicide and the horoscope at all, in a huge study cited by Geoffrey Cornelius in The Moment of Astrology. Astrology cannot predict death – and it should not.
At the same time, as Howard Sasportas has pointed out, the Neptune-Saturn conjunction in Aries, can correlate with taking one’s own life. We have to be realists. And Sasportas was right about almost everything.
If we are to avoid tragic violence as the wheel of time spins, what do we do? And where is the problem likely to be? One thing is sure about any Neptune conjunction – it can inspire, it can whip up visions, it can be the basis for film, opera and television programs centuries later (as the 47 Ronin were). Yet the reality, when Saturn is involved, is all too heavily real. In Aries, it can involve bloodshed.
Countries With 0 Aries Factors
Turning to my trusty copy of The Book of World Horoscopes by Nicholas Campion (The Wessex Astrologer, Bournemouth 2004) I find old Scotland with the Sun at 0 Aries. And of course, the U.K.
The Scottish chart shows the old country we know from the year 842. Countries change astrology charts all the time, as the constitution alters and the architecture is layered on.
The Roman Invasion chart for the U.K. has the Sun at 0 Virgo, North Node at 0 Sagittarius and South Node at 0 Gemini. That’s a T-Square and it’s about foreigners (the Italians themselves) but also the neighbours (France).
The United Kingdom and the Saturn-Neptune Conjunction
The U.K. Independence chart of the year 287 has the Sun at 0 Aries. Uranus is at 0 Virgo.
A further chart for the year 410 has the Sun at 0 Aries again. The Battle of Hastings chart has the Moon at 1 Leo. That’s close (and the start time may be wrong; they had other things to do than hang around with a stopwatch).
So far, a large number of astrology charts for the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland are ‘speaking Samurai sword’ on the day in question.
The latest Brexit U.K. astrology chart I created with AstroGold software, using modern astrology, has Cupido at 0 Pisces. Saturn is at 1 Aquarius. That’s the Church of England (Pisces) and all political parties (Aquarius).
This does have a whiff of the Battle of Hastings about it, too. In fact, any inner battle or external battle.
Yet, the United Kingdom has far greater gun control than the United States (of which more in a moment). It’s certainly not Samurai sword territory. But, this conjunction is a trigger. And it does carry the risk of violence.
Why Most U.K. Astrology Charts Chime
The famous 1066 chart has the Moon at 29 Pisces, just one degree off 0 Aries. Again, we may be looking at slightly wrong timing.
The 1801 chart is the other U.K. horoscope most British astrologers use. Jupiter is at 1 Leo; Uranus is at 1 Libra.
Most of these United Kingdom astrology charts chime at 0 degrees, or within a one-degree orb, though. The United Kingdom is precisely pinned to this date, to come – February 20th 2026. (Dreamstime).
Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell
As I publish this on 7th February 2026, the country is battling the Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell crisis. Andrew has been drawn in. So has his wife Sarah (both commoners now). Sarah once asked me, publicly, for a private reading. I am relieved it never happened.
Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer has been drawn into the Epstein-Maxwell crisis. Peter Mandelson’s homes have been raided and it may bring Starmer down.
Samurai Swords in London?
Might mass Samurai swordsman suicide have a non-violent parallel in London, on or near Friday 20th February? In Scotland? Elsewhere in the kingdom? Will we see a lot of people ‘fall on their swords’ in another sense perhaps? Resigning en masse?
Vulcano and Pluto are in an exact conjunction at 4 Aquarius in the Eleventh House of groups, the same day. Vulcano is an important asteroid – he is the husband of Venus. A symbol of great self-control. Pluto is about power. In Aquarius, this is surely the Conservative Party, Reform and the Labour Party. However, the other circle in this story is the Epstein circle. The paedophile ring.
Astrology is about negotiating with fate, the better to avoid. As the late, great Geoffrey Cornelius used to agree, ‘Destiny is negotiable.’ So what can we negotiate?
Palestine and Mars at 1 Aries
Beyond the striking line-up with the United Kingdom and Scotland astrology charts, the Neptune-Saturn conjunction also falls on the Palestine Independence chart, which shows Mars at 1 Aries. For very different reasons, this conjunction has worldwide impact.
Neptune (pictured) with all his murky confusion, will pass right across that aggressive Palestinian Mars.
Mars is of course the Roman god of war and he rules Aries, where we find him on February 20th, 2026.
France (the Fifth Republic chart) has her MC or Midheaven at 0 Aries. Both of these points on the map, Palestine and France, are implicated in current United Kingdom crises involving Gaza.
France is involved separately in a crisis involving Ukraine. Also, English Channel dinghy arrivals. This is the old France – but she’s triggered too. One might say, the Neptune-Saturn conjunction in Aries, reverberates around the whole planet. Swords drawn, worldwide. Visions float.
The United States of America
There is nothing at 0 Aries in any U.S. astrology chart or indeed the American chart I use (the only one I have ever found to work). It’s a reliable indicator and I used it to predict Donald’s victory over Kamala.
America was born with Mercury at 0 Capricorn in this particular astrology chart – and that’s the rich and powerful elite. The goats at the top of the mountain. It’s the Epstein and Maxwell people.
Ghislaine Maxwell is a Sun Capricorn. She also has Mars at 0 Capricorn. So, Maxwell’s Mars is on America’s Mercury. Jeffrey Epstein had the Sun at 0 Aquarius. His Sun is semi-sextile America’s Mercury. (His data is AA-rated and held at Astro-Databank).
This is an AA-rated chart for Ghislaine Maxwell, from Astro-Databank.
What we have here is a heavily fated Samurai moment on or close to February 20th 2026. Ghislaine was born near Paris, with Mars at 0 Capricorn trine Uranus at 0 Virgo. On February 20th 2026, Neptune and Saturn at 0 Aries will square her Mars and be in quincunx to Uranus in her chart. It’s explosive. It also picks up the Jeffrey Epstein chart. And as we’ve seen, it hooks into so many of those United Kingdom charts.
America’s Mercury at 0 Capricorn
America’s Mercury at 0 Capricorn is also very much the White House and Washington.
This is an exact square on February 20th, 2026.
Mercury, the media, the internet, the communication hub at the very top – is hit by Neptune and Saturn at the same time. It rules bugging, video, the internet. It rules the media. And yes, it rules files.
This planet Mercury is also a symbol of transport and travel. The elite private planes and helicopters. The limousines. This is a block. It’s an historic obstruction. All in the same period. (Images: Shutterstock).
Capricorn rules the men at the top. Donald and Bill. Mercury in Capricorn rules the telephones of the men at the top. The emails. This is a heavy transit in the American chart. It is also confused. And confusing. (Images> Shutterstock).
Republicans and Democrats
Even more telling in that American astrology chart is Aesculapia at 0 Aquarius, the sign which rules groups of all kinds, including the Republican and Democrat parties, but also all circles, networks, gangs, teams, clubs, societies and so on. The American chart is thus doubly triggered. Right at the start of the Epstein Files disclosures.
By the way, I also used this particular American chart to call Bill Clinton, Donald Trump and Prince Andrew in a story about underage sex, Lolita and Virginia, nine years ago. 
There are a lot of American charts. None of them work particularly well for prediction, but the Battle of Lexington U.S. chart has Uranus at 0 Gemini which is interesting.
Lexington was about England and America. And so it will be, again. Barking dogs are going to bark. Jeffrey Epstein referred to Donald Trump as “the dog that hasn’t barked” in a 2011 email to Ghislaine Maxwell.
Saturn and Neptune in Aries – True Meaning
Aries the Ram
One thinks of the animal, but also the word. I’ve chosen language from Roget’s Thesaurus which chimes with The Ako Incident mass revenge suicide but also Ovis Aries, sheep.
The ram dominates the ewes by winning physical contests. Rams can kill each other and charge humans.
In sport, we think of the Los Angeles Rams or on American roads, a Dodge Ram pickup truck. Aries is male, likes to come first, be number one and is the first sign of the zodiac, ruling the First House.
So let’s set our terms. When Saturn and Neptune are simultaneously channelled through Aries, what happens?
Push and Shove
To ram – Impulse, driving force, push, shove, stress, press, punch, jolt, butt, clash, crash, whomp, sideswipe, crunch, ramming, muscling, smashing, slam, bang, jab, bang, wallop, lash out, cut, ram down, hit against, fall foul of, knock down, draw blood…It’s the old Samurai warriors, isn’t it?
Aries the Ram stands on the equator with its head turns towards the east, sets feet first, rising with its head (Robin Hard).
Dionysus and his army followed a ram which saved them and set a temple with ram’s horns on a statue. The ram was placed among the constellations and became the first of the signs as it had been the best of guides for the troops. Aries the ram is headfirst, goes headlong. Aries pushes, hard. It can push others or push itself.
Sue Tompkins
Aspects in Astrology (Destiny Books, Vermont 2002) has one of the few definitions, by contemporary astrologers, of a Saturn-Neptune conjunction.
“Idealisation of authority,” Tompkins comments, which certainly sounds like the 47 Ronin.
She wrote this astonishing observation – “Typically, Saturn-Neptune people are frightened of loss of control and occasionally fate seems to ensure that they literally have to relinquish some form of control in order to learn lessons of some sort of non-attachment.” Again, this is the Ronin. They haunt the 2026 conjunction.
The Role of Martyr
Sue Tompkins was writing about people with this aspect in their charts, but she may as well have been talking about the suicidal swordsmen.
Tompkins notes, “the individual on some level often feels as if they are in debt for something and must continually be making reparation, paying a penance, often paying the father’s (or society’s) debts or avenging those that are indebted to him.”
She goes on to link the combination of these two planets with suffering, sacrifice and “the role of martyr.”
The defining act of martyrdom we associate with Neptune is the self-sacrifice of those who swim into dangerous waters to save a drowning person. In the case of the Ronin, it was sacrifice for honour. Their own honour and that of their dead lord. Heavy hangs the sword – when the person holding it has that kind of visionary attachment to a father figure. Or the father.
Saturn and Authority
Saturn is very much the father and husband. He was most famously the father to Jupiter.
He was husband to Ops. He had the commanding authority to force his wife to accept it, when he devoured his children. He consumed them in turn. Saturn can present as a father figure. So, a lord to his troops, for example. People with daddy issues have exact Saturn aspects, or within one degree. Ghislaine Maxwell did.
Neptune and Reality
If you’ve ever been to the Trevi fountain in Rome, you will have seen Neptune with all his confusion (one foot on the ground, another foot pointing in the other direction) and his glazed eyes. He is present on February 20th 2026.
Neptune at Trevi might as well be drunk – or on drugs. The water swirls around him while he gazes, seemingly intoxicated, at an invisible vision. In other pools and fountains around the world, like this one (pictured) Neptune is invariably out of it. Half-drowned, medicated or under anaesthetic; all of this is Neptune territory.

Neptune is god of fountains, wells and rivers – and also the white horses (the waves on top of the sea surf) painted by Walter Crane in ‘Neptune’s Horses’ (1892). The other reality.
Neptune is the alternative universe. The second world. The holiday from the everyday. Neptune is neither negative nor positive, he just is…what he is.
He has long been linked with an alcoholic haze. In fact, For the bushi — Japan’s samurai warriors — sake was far more than a drink. It was ritual, loyalty, and philosophy poured into a cup. Perhaps the Ronin were drunk when they took their own lives. Their motivation was honour. Based on Confucian philosophy. A vision.
Neptune and Salacia
Neptune’s wife was Salacia (the Greeks knew her as Amphitrite before the Romans replaced her) and she is an important asteroid, found as recently as 22nd September 2004, the year of the Asian Tsunami.
In fact, you don’t read Neptune in a modern chart without looking for Salacia (any more than you look for Saturn without seeking his wife Ops). They are all part of the Roman family tree of astrology. She turns up on February 20th 2026 too.
The London Drunken Lunch
Salacia, shown by a seashell symbol in the chart, stands at 10 Aries 57, at the minute of the Neptune-Saturn conjunction at 0 Aries 44, on Friday 20th February 2026 at 12.54pm in London.
The Moon is close by at 9 Aries 53. This is a drunken lunch. With precise aim. And no time to think. Or perhaps – the solitary, serious drinker. This could equally be about drugs.
A Permanent State of Murk
NASA and Lonely Planet produced The Universe, an astronomical guide, not an astrological guide, but as always, it shows parallels with the horoscope.
“Neptune’s distance from the Sun means that it’s stuck in a permanent state of murk,” the authors note. That’s Neptune. You can’t see. The facts of the matter are murky.
Neptune has clouds of methane. A blue-green tint, like the sea.
Neptune rules both gas and the ocean, of course. As above, so below. It’s the only planet in the solar system not visible to the naked eye. More astrology. Invisible!
We know about some of Neptune’s moons, but the rest are shrouded in mystery. NASA is talking the language of the horoscope here, though of course NASA is about astronomy and never the horoscope.
Proteus, one Neptune moon, is named for a shape-changing sea god. Triton, another moon, is even more famous – it has geysers.
Neptune is about distortion. Things look the wrong size under water. It’s about dreams. Nothing is what it seems. Optical illusions but also giant cutlery masquerading as a trident, is Neptune. (Dreamstime).
Murky, Gassy, Fluid Neptune
William Lassell found Triton, Neptune’s Moon. He paid for his telescopes from the family beer business. More astrology. Neptune rules alcohol. Then there’s Neptune’s moon Nereid, with her “bizarre” orbit, as NASA describes it.
Murky, gassy, invisible, changeable, fluid (like beer) and often bizarre, in comparison to the real world – astronomy tells us what Neptune is. And here it is, coming for Saturn. Or is Saturn coming for Neptune?
The protest with Neptune – “But it’s not real!” can fall on deaf ears if people have made their minds up.
The point about Neptune-Saturn in Aries is the potential for tragedy, though. Can someone ever be persuaded out of a non-reality? A belief, a philosophy, a held vision? Saturn says we sometimes must try. I believe February 20th 2026 and the days either side of it, is about the need for intervention.
Howard Sasportas
One of the greatest American astrologers of all time, Howard Sasportas, wrote The Gods of Change (Arkana) in 1989.
He described Neptune as “the desire to go beyond the sense of being a separate self and to merge with something greater.” He may as well have been talking about the suicidal Ronin Samurai.
“Neptune is a boundary-dissolver, and by transit, Neptune blurs or dissolves the boundary between ourselves and others,” he noted.
The Ronin perished “All in one and one in All” as the Buddhists say.
Sasportas added, “Neptune’s yearning to return to a state of primal bliss can also lead to escapism, suicidal urges and the temptation to lose oneself in drugs, alcohol, or in anything or anyone that comes along.”
The Samurai Code of Honour
The Ronin (freelance Samurai warriors) came out of civil war in Japan. Their lord was forced to commit suicide himself, after he assaulted an official, who had insulted him.
In revenge, his men murdered the official. They knew they would be executed as punishment.
However, Confucianism taught that it was honourable to avenge a lord’s death, so they were allowed to commit ritual suicide in turn.
Seppuku became enshrined in Japanese folklore and history as a result. Confucianism is often described as a religion so falls squarely in Neptune territory. It wasn’t real. It was a philosophy. It had real, tragic impact.
The synchronicity here is striking and we know the astrology is there, when we see it. The word rōnin is usually translated to ‘drifter’ or per kanji, rō (浪) means “wave” as on the water. Neptunians!
What To Do With Neptune and Saturn in Aries
Taking away the guns in America, would be a start. Also – remembering the Samaritans and other telephone helplines are here to help people who are in crisis – that’s also a start. Removing the drugs, medication and alcohol from the situation is also wise when Neptune is about.
This is an historic, rare conjunction that begins a long transit of Neptune and Saturn in Aries, which I have written about elsewhere on the website.
The Risk of Violence
Unfortunately, the risk of mass violence (by one person) or nation-changing assassination (also by one person) increases when we have transits like this in Aries. Astrologers wish it was different, but historic horoscopes show the link. Saturn and Neptune begin this cycle with Chiron, also in Aries. I’ve enclosed risk dates here.
Fantasists who are deluded about violence, and heavily burdened with it, characterise a Neptune-Saturn conjunction in Aries. However – we have to remember Geoffrey Cornelius.
Destiny is Negotiable
Destiny is always negotiable in astrology. In fact, that is the point of it.
Nothing is inescapable as Fate; awareness is everything.
The Ronin felt ‘bound’ to take their own lives by something that did not exist. A Confucian idea about honour. Invisible. You might say, wholly invented.
Saturn is a ringed planet. Ring-fenced. The ties that bind on this transit are psychological.
Yet you’re not ‘bound’ to have to do anything. Especially not engage Aries rushing and pushing – towards violent outcomes – either against yourself or others.
Do You Have Aries 0, 1 Factors?
Whatever you have at Aries 0, 1 is in the First House of image, presentation, reputation, title. It’s your armour. Your head. Face.
Neptune and Saturn will form a transiting conjunction with this in your natal chart. This is a rare aspect which will not appear in this exact way, again. Salacia is in Aries.
The Moon is also in Aries. Take your time as you choose a path for yourself, on or near the conjunction.

I have a Saturn Neptune in close aspect – born in October 1953 – Saturn Scorpio and Neptune in Libra. I disagree with Sue Tompkins quotes — I have never ‘idealised authority’. I am an idealist but baulk against authority and always have. Perhaps my Sun square Uranus and Mercury square Pluto help.. Interesting historical events have taken place around the time of Saturn Neptune conjunctions — publication of the The Communist Manifesto in the 1800’s, war in Russia 1917-18, fall of the Berlin Wall, Elizabeth 11’s reign commenced – and there may have been one during Elizabeth 1’st reign? Chris Brennan did an indepth podcast on the the conjunction and has just done another today on Sat/Neptune conjunction and Secret Groups.
I’m afraid you don’t subscribe so I can’t see your natal chart here to comment. When you say ‘close aspect’ you may also be using a far wider orb than me – I don’t bother with an orb over one degree. It’s hard to say without a horoscope here. I’m not entirely sure what Saturn and Neptune in Aries have to do with secret groups, either. Surely that’s Pluto in Aquarius? Aries has nothing at all to do with groups.
Hi Jessica, this feels like doomsday. I have my Saturn return in Aries and many smaller planets/asteroids at 0 degrees. Please help me decode these placements in my chart with respect to my work and travel. Saturn is in my 9th house, if I’ve got that right. I’m most likely starting to teach a course in April, which possibly reinforces the 9th house scenario. As always, I look forward to having you shed some light. Thank you!
There is no doomsday in astrology, as I wrote repeatedly in the piece, ‘Destiny is negotiable.’ Natal Saturn is in your First House, not your Ninth House (Natural House System) so the transit of Saturn and Neptune in Aries goes through your First House too, which describes your reputation, appearance to the outside world, categorisation, title and so on You are teaching from April so I would assume your qualifications and title immediately label you, which would be typical of the transit – and not only that – restrict you. You are a Sun Leo with a large Aries stellium in your First House so there is unusual focus on your exterior in 2026, with Jupiter and then the South Node going into Leo, into your solar First House, after June 30th. Meanwhile in your natal First House we have these other cycles. So this year and next year, if you want to relaunch yourself successfully, the opportunity will be there. This goes beyond your labels and persona, into improvements to (say) your shape, your style, your presentation, self-promotion and any publicity. It’s resolutely a First House year for you, in 2026, going into 2027 so treat yourself like a brand. Heinz Baked Beans or Fortnum & Mason champagne? By your labelling, they will judge you.

If you have time to look at my chart and give some advice on what to look out for, but also if there are some positive gains from the upcoming Saturn-Neptune conjuction, I would much appreciate it. I have plenty of 0-2 degree placements, though not in Aries.
On a sidenote; you mentioned a T-square in the Scotland chart which peaked my interest as I realized I also have a T-square in those same signs with Ops at 15 Virgo, Cupido at 15 Gemini and Neptune at 15 Sagittarius. What might this mean as a lifelong pattern and what to do with it? Those same 15 degree placements then also form aspects to other 15 degree placements I have in my chart that are less tense, I guess?

Thanks Kristina. Saturn at 0 Virgo in the Sixth House of workload and wellbeing is the first natal chart placement to be triggered. Transiting Saturn and Neptune at 0 Aries will form a quincunx. You have health restrictions here, some of which you were born with, so you may have inherited a condition from the family, in your genetic make-up. It’s not unusual for people with Saturn in Virgo in the Sixth House to have diabetes passed on, or just to born with gluten intolerance, say, or even more limiting medical issues. And sometimes they develop later in life. Saturn always binds us. You are doing all the right things despite your divorce and redundancy. Your chart would not change all that much without a birth time; I just leave out the angles and Moon which are precise time dependent. So what has been going on? You are a Sun Sagittarius woman with stelliums in Sagittarius, Capricorn and Aquarius. Your home life improves in two more stages. You lost the randomness of it all, on January 26th. You may even have evidence now that things are going to improve. On February 14th a long period of restriction on you, stops. I am sorry you lost your mother so recently and that your father is now also on the road to departure. That is a lot to let go of in a short time. You have your daughters, but a great deal has changed. The Saturn-Neptune conjunction is about your eldest daughter and the relationship with her father. It may evolve later than February 20th but there will be signs early on. And from her point of view it is very much about one or both sisters. I am so living my astrology. Neptune in Aries, my seventh house has confused an on going legal case. I have discovered my solicitor has mislead me regarding work he has not done. A complaint has been made with his firm but due to the very restrictive closed legal profession finding charity against one of their own is like wading through treacle. The deliberate foggy language and deception, ie missing actions and ambiguous responses to poor service has been so bad I actually feel like I have to risk progressing this complaint against the law firm handling my case at the expense of my original case they were hired to resolve. As the Neptune-Saturn conjunction hits the American chart precisely, it may be that we are about to see a sacrifice of title (Neptune and Saturn in Aries) and reputation, image and profile (same area of the chart, the First House) which fails to square with the White House and also the American elite. Stepping back from the Aries conjunction, the larger story here is the Jupiter in Leo and South Node in Leo cycle, which historically resolves child sexual abuse. Yes, Aries rules your First House, using the Natural House System. Americans run the dates back to front, but even if your Zoom was on 11th February (or 2nd of November) it would be on Mercury Retrograde. Have Plan B and C for this. Mercury rules the internet. It’s going forwards, backwards and getting stuck on both those cycles you mention. The Neptune-Saturn conjunction at 0 Aries is in a conjunction with Ops at 1 Aries in your First House. Do think very carefully about your brand, title, cameo, portrait, video, photograph, reputation, name and so on. Correct. You have two horoscopes. One is private (natal or birth chart) and one is public (solar or Sun Sign chart). If your birth time is strictly accurate then your Moon at 0 Aries is under a transiting conjunction from Neptune and Saturn, both hovering at 0 Aries as you go into 2026. Not only did you have Pluto (power and control issues) in your zone of pregnancy, children and adult children for years – you also had Neptune and Saturn in your sector of partnership. You are a Pisces woman with an Aries stellium, but also Pluto at the early degrees of Libra. So the real story here is a partnership (personal, professional or platonic). Perhaps, a conflict or difference. Saturn and Neptune are shortly within orb of an opposition to natal Pluto, so old patterns of controlling the agenda and taking over the situation, or indeed the other person, have to be questioned. It will be more obvious when the Sun in Aries begins to oppose Pluto too, so towards the end of March. Understanding what it means to have Pluto in Libra is half the battle. You are looking for a new home on Mercury Retrograde so make allowances for that. Trust the process as where you end up living by June 30th offers you the biggest and the best. Jupiter Return in Cancer in the Fourth House of home and property. Jupiter is the lucky break and then the big solution and huge opportunity for more. The Saturn and Neptune conjunction has nothing to do with this. It’s a straightforward Jupiter Return in Cancer, the sign ruling habitat and permanent home.
For what it’s worth, I have natal Neptune at 0 degrees of LIbra in my second house. Neptune transiting my eighth house, at 0 Aries, opposed my natal Neptune in my second house twice in 2025, with unpleasant results. As Robert Hand notes in his excellent book on transits, , this particular transit often necessitates “some need of hospitalization” and for me, that meant three hospitalizations between September of November of 2025, with a small stroke, from which I recovered, thankfully. Neptune’s third opposition to my natal Neptune on February 10th, 2026, passed uneventfully. Usually, when you deal with the problem during the first two hits, nothing much happens on the third, which was true for me.
This week, on February 20th, 2026, Saturn conjuncts Neptune at that same point, 0 Aries. This will hopefully also pass uneventfully for me as Neptune passed its opposition to my natal Neptune ten days ago, and applying transits are really the only meaningful ones. Interestingly, Saturn was at 0 degrees of Aries twice in 2025 as well, which passed uneventfully. I was remodeling a house I’d just bought at the time, all of which went well.
The predictions of this Saturn/Neptune conjunction tomorrow, February 20th, 2026, at 0 Aries are dire indeed, although I’ve found that unless some planetary event aspects a planetary position in one’s own chart, nothing much happens. One would hope for something to change in American politics of course. This conjunction does coincide with a major transit in the chart of the US, which is Uranus squaring the Moon of the USA (Sibley chart) in late February and Mars opposing the natal ascendant of Donald Trump on the first of March. Plus, this event unfavorably aspecting the charts of the Vice President Vance, Melanomia Trump, Krusti Noem and Spam the Blondie, plus others, in early March. It will be interesting to see what happens.
We use completely different house systems. I also don’t recommend Hand because of ill health predictions; you have to be extremely careful about forecasting hospital as some people will have self-fulfilling outcomes and you may have been one of them. I am sorry you have had such a tough time. You are a Sun Scorpio with stelliums in Sagittarius, Libra and Capricorn. This is close to 0 degrees and in fact, you just ended a cycle in the final week of January (when Neptune passed 29 Pisces) and Saturn has also just gone from 29 Pisces. That’s big. During the conjunction, I personally noted the blocking by the Supreme Court of the DT tariffs, the interpellation of Andrew Mountbatten that informs us a little bit more about the Epstein’s activities and I also noted the destruction by the Ukrainians of a Russian missiles manufacturing plant located at 1,400 km from Ukraine.
What could be the lessons of that conjunction from the astrologer’s point of view ?

Thanks Sarrazo. The conjunction with Neptune and Saturn both at 0 Aries held from February 15th to 22nd. This was stage one. We then go onto a longer period of conjunction with Neptune and Saturn going to 1 Aries from February 28th until March 3rd. The old Samurai story haunts the conjunction and hit the Ghislaine Maxwell chart precisely. The arrest of Andrew is the outstanding feature and we are at least another week away from final outcomes. The tariffs and Ukraine aren’t relevant; they don’t fit the meaning of Neptune and Saturn in Aries, but Andrew very much does; this is about reputation (his) and title (his) and also appearance (his, in that awful photograph). If he and Maxwell both ‘fall on their swords’ or anyone else associated with Epstein does so, then they would be acting out the essence of the old Samurai story. I do not mean suicide at all, because astrology does not predict death and cannot. However, one can turn against oneself in other ways, to defend ones military leader. In this case it is Charles III. So we wait.

That’s an astute interpretation. The conjunction itself was exact at around the time of the arrest and is clearly the event. However the conjunction lingers into early March. The media already reported Andrew had ‘fallen on his sword’ in October 2025 by agreeing to give up his titles. There may be a second chapter, were he to give up his place in the line of succession. Yet, as you say, this is about the group. That ill-fated Epstein-Maxwell circle. So this goes beyond relinquishing his line to the throne (and remember his daughters are also in there too). Maybe it’s all three of them. Or perhaps it’s just him, but the deal also involves Maxwell and Mandelson, for example, also ‘falling on their swords’ in some capacity. We will not forget this historic Neptune-Saturn conjunction in Aries in a hurry. I wish it was over.

Yes, ‘destiny is negotiable’ is the famous phrase from The Company of Astrologers. I was very lucky to learn at those Hampstead sessions with Maggie Hyde and Geoffrey Cornelius all those years ago. Finance is Taurus and/or Scorpio in your birth chart. You have a Taurus stellium in the Second House of personal income, possessions, real estate and values. The Sun is in a conjunction with Vulcano at 25 Taurus square Ceres at 24 Aquarius in your Eleventh House of friends and groups. Bottom line, don’t mix friendship and money (say, borrowing or lending with friends) and also, specifically, with circles of people (crowdfunding, or group-dependent cryptocurrency). That way you minimise the issues when Chiron goes to 24, 25 Taurus in a few years’ time and Saturn follows, also at 24, 25 Taurus. There is no third world war. There are a number of actors playing ‘Vladimir Putin’ who died, quit or was otherwise removed some years ago. I am sorry you and your Scorpio husband are having financial issues. Let me look at your charts (public and private, Sun Sign and natal). You are a Sun Virgo with a Scorpio stellium in the Eighth House of marriage and mortgage, husband and bank account, bills and the bedroom. No surprises there. You will be pleased to hear the most challenging and unpredictable cycle of your life ends in the final week of April. In 2018-2026 to date, Uranus in Taurus has repeatedly opposed every factor you have in Scorpio. At the same time, in your husband’s birth chart, his Sun in Scorpio in the Eighth House was opposed by Uranus too. This is always a shock (rather as Covid was a shock in 2020) and for whatever reason, he was pulled up short, financially, or with the house or apartment.
