The more cleverly you manage the house, garden or apartment now, the easier it will be to progress until then. There is nothing plain lucky about this. It’s just about life skills. In many ways, the next big solution or opportunity is the launch pad you need. Perhaps, literally. Aries, you can’t sit on the fence or you’ll get nowhere. (Particularly, if your fence is part of those renovations you’re doing or part of some real estate investment). Where can you work from? What’s practical? In time, you’ll forget that property/home wish list. But this, by June 30th, can last a lifetime with luck.

If you’re a parent or have children in your life for other reasons (you’re a teacher or your young niece has come to stay), then this period until late July 2026 will be about karmic closure with the past. The issue may be the nature of the connection with this baby, child or teenager or you may find yourself dealing with a professional linked to the young or anyone else who has a big influence including, naturally, the other parent. Repetition is normal. So, is a loop. It stops in weeks. But, until then, change on the inside, Taurus. The issue can be IVF or a class of teenagers you teach. If you are supported by the understanding and patience of a certain someone else, you can both reap the benefits. This Pisces cycle has a lot to say about your relationships with bosses, employers, clients and colleagues. If you don’t have a job of any description, it’s about your relationship with people who have an impact on your work at home or your duties in the wider community. We all have something that forces us out of bed every morning. What’s your gig? Mercury is now correcting his loop, so recent delays, flux or cancellations are over. Friendship? Now, more than at any other time this year, Uranus in his last stretch in Taurus would like you to mould and shape this relationship so that it becomes something you can both be liberated by (or from). So many x-factors will complicate your dealings with the bank (or similar) that you may want to wait until you have had time to weigh up all the factors in April 2026 before you start making up your mind. This is particularly true if you are selling something, lending money, buying, borrowing or negotiating. Whatever the nature of your ‘business,’ though, this is a famously odd time when what is an escape from reality has to be balanced with what is a long test of patience. All the more reason not to make or accept promises too hastily if they are going to cost a lot of time or money. Chiron, Neptune and Saturn in Aries in your Eighth House of joint finance and real estate are usually about partners or relatives. You may even need three different strategies here, Virgo.

Cars, taxis, trucks, boats, aeroplanes, trains and buses will be the path to freedom abroad from April 27th, 2026. Or you will face foreigners at home in a new way. This is traditionally a highly unpredictable time to take any kind of holiday or (even) emigrate and yet freedom calls. The Ninth House traditionally rules any long trip away. So, if you have one of those on the agenda, you may want to consider it ‘predictably unpredictable’ if going at any point after April 27th, 2026. Yet, somehow, out of all this comes a break with the past that will set you free and, perhaps, give others independence as well. You’ll now spend a few weeks (and sometimes months depending on your birth chart) obtaining quotes on home repairs, renovations, furniture, domestic appliances and gardening plans. Or, more ambitiously, you’ll be researching the property market as a sale, purchase, mortgage or lease will be on your agenda. Pluto in Aquarius can be like that. So, can Jupiter in Cancer. It’s the perfect time to go on a fact-finding mission and yet, you need to remember you are a water sign. Do not leave your feelings out of it!
