I really like this New Moon in Cancer on Wednesday 25th June, 2025.

Fortuna in the natal chart is a symbol of your capacity to turn other people’s lives around, elevating or promoting them in your estimation, but also to bring them down, demoting them or even ditching them. You never know what you are doing. In Cancer, this is historically about extended family members, flatmates or roommates, or partners with whom you live. More broadly it can be about local government or national government. So, for example, you put your sister on a pedestal then take her off it. Or you hero-worship a politician then dump him at the next election. You can also do this with particular houses or apartments. They are the best thing since sliced bread, then you want to move. Hi Jessica, Great Article! I’m excited about this as I have my Moon in Cancer. I have always felt a strong connection to my Cancer Moon as I have a pretty strong Grand Trine in Water. In Cancer I have Ceres 4, Ops 14 and my Moon at 15. My Sun is 8 Sagittarius with the key planet being Jupiter. Interestingly, I also have my Jupiter in Leo (Sun). These 2 planets are in mutual reception (exchange of rulership) which can indicate a strong connection and potential for enhanced energy flow between the two planets. As far as my Grand Trine goes I also have in Scorpio: Minerva 14, IC 14, South Node 16, Mercury 18, Neptune 22 & Hygeia 26.
In Pisces I have Chiron 21 & Saturn at 22. Will the Jupiter transition through Cancer trigger positive energy flow from these planets & points as it trines them?? I’ve recently been blacklisted by my temp agency because I dared asking (politely and professionally) for more recognition in general and financially too (I had been working for them for 13 years…). Now I’ve become the black sheep. I’m in contact with other temp agencies but it is a slow process to get back on my feet.
Also I think I have finally been able to identify the source of a recurring pain in my left ear: it’s not due to the ear anymore – which is a relief – but to a crispation in my jaw on my left side so my dentist is going to mould a sort of ‘gutter’ which will help release the tension and I will do some specifics physiotherapy. I really hope this will help …
As a ‘good Cancer’ (although I have stelliums in Leo and I’m a Sun Taurus), I’m super sensitive and I react psychosomatically to stress!

Transiting Jupiter will trine your Scorpio factors in the Eighth House of joint finance and mutual real-estate and business interests. Hello Jessica, last year and a half ago had put in an application to a university and it came negative. Till date I feel I made a mistake and that’s why didn’t get a positive. I was asked to reapply last year, submitted it well, and it came negative. I still can’t get this out of my head so asked the tarot now if my mistake the first time cost me a place, it showed seven of pentacles. So to confirm, I asked, if I had done that one thing right in my application would I have got in. It showed me the empress. This hurt a lot lot because I am wondering if the card is showing me I’d have been bountiful. I went ahead and asked how to resume my stuck career and it showed me temperance which I didn’t understand. You already purchased a house before Jupiter moved into your Fourth House of real estate and family, so your brother’s interest in buying your former home is where you will experience this cycle. It ticks both boxes, as does your parents’ situation. You have until June next year to accept these opportunities and solutions. Don’t let them pass you by; they have arrived as your Jupiter Return does too. This is a rare option not possible in 12 years and Jupiter at 4 Cancer is also quincunx your Sun at 4 Sagittarius. What happens with your property and family, enables you to travel, should you accept the choice, or embrace foreign cultures and nationalities at home. I am particularly interested in this New Moon, I’m finally, finally at the stage where I’m getting ready to resign from my job, have been considering this for months, the loss of a steady income has been what has been holding me back as well as fear from what has felt like a tough run of bad times, I’d be depending on income from my hobby to keep me going, or a potential lotto win haha! Your Tarot is telling you that a large lump sum of money is possible, if you reach for it. Mediums have agreed. Meanwhile your savings are running out and you are resigning. The ‘when’ is important here. What time-frame did you set for yourself with the Tarot? It’s the same with the mediums reporting from the spirit world. What timing did they provide? Well I am excited to say the least. I have a cancer stellium but the only applicable degree from your list is Apollo at 29. Will I still feel the benefits of Jupiter and this new moon? Right now, I am feeling very run down and definitely need a pick-me-up.

Yourself know the media industry exceptionally well. What’s your opinion on her setting down? The changes to IA or is it the fashion industry that is changing or life it self. What is her chart saying her stepping down what impact will it have on fashion and art. She is such an icon.

Anna Wintour is someone I’ve been curious about (as an astrologer) as in the past, as I have worked on both VOGUE and Vogue Girl. There is a health issue she is not talking about, which is her own private business. She also has a book to write, I suspect. We don’t have a timed birth chart, but the birth announcement in The Times is useful. We just started Mercury Retrograde, so if you can avoid signing important documents you may prefer to do that. The sky doesn’t fall, but you may have to redo them later, or find there are issues with the fine print or the negotiations. I always post these cycle dates far ahead of time and you’ll find Mercury Retrograde on Search – about July, August 2025.

Thank you. And in reply to your question, Mercury Retrograde Shadow is just as annoying as Mercury Retrograde. A website can go down, or silly mistakes can turn up in documents. It’s pretty normal to redo, reschedule, rewrite (even now).
