The Jupiter and Venus Conjunction, June 9th 2026
In this feature predicting your astrology on June 9th 2026 (allow a day either side) I will show you where the opportunities are, for your sign.
I will also explain why these are complicated opportunities. They will come with relationship questions, involving family or partners – for you or the other person.
Yes, it’s the Venus and Jupiter conjunction in Cancer. It falls at 25 Cancer on June 9th ET (New York time) at 3.59pm. So, after sunset in the US. As Forbes explained, they almost touch. You will see two bright stars shining close to each other, almost in a straight line, all over the world.
In fact as you read this you will have already sighted Jupiter and Venus if you live somewhere with clear night skies (I saw them in Tasmania on the night of Monday 8th June, slowly drawing closer).
Venus and Jupiter in Cancer
This is why we allow a day either side for all the different global sleep cycles to catch up with each other.
By June 10th, though, you will have seen a rare chance for growth, solutions and improvement that’s not been possible in 12 years.

Now, for your Sun Sign or solar chart. This is as accurate and meaningful as your birth chart, but it’s just public – not private.
How Is Your Sign Affected?
Aries – Opportunities to extend your home or move somewhere bigger are coming. You could relocate to a better area, or even gain the keys to a second home. You may landscape your garden or attend to long overdue home repair and improvements. This cycle is also about your home town and homeland. You gain from the new wave of patriotism which is coming to your country. It is also about your extended family circle and household, so a new member may arrive who is a big plus factor for you. For example, your uncle may gain a new girlfriend who is very successful and helps you, financially. The Fourth House of your solar chart is where Jupiter will extend his broad sweep of solutions, not possible in 12 years. This is your best chance to buy your first home affordably, sell the old one profitably, or find more unusual choices; a home exchange to an area you love; an Air BnB arrangement at your place. Even if you are already doing extremely well with two properties to your name, this transit can help you (for example) sell at a profit and downsize to your advantage. If you have Cancer factors, double that message. Jupiter in your solar Fourth House is about expanding the property empire for many Aries.
The complicated side of the story is Venus. I’ve been talking about Jupiter, above, but Venus brings mother-son issues, questions about the politics between husband and wife, affairs, rivalry between women, in-laws and other layers. As you have this conjunction in your sector of household and family, there is a really big open door here, Aries, with the family circle, your flatmates/roommates, your live-in partner, your real estate, home, town or country. Taurus – This is a fortunate cycle for neighbours and neighbouring places for you. Luck is just over the fence (a neighbour may ask you to house-sit). Glamping? A glam caravan? The Third House of your solar chart is about London-Paris on Eurostar, or Sydney-Melbourne. Certainly America and Canada, which are neighbouring places. The lucky neighbour effect can also include people who live several streets away, though. Along with a boom for neighbours and adjacent places, this is also a terrific cycle for transportation, regional travel and commuting. So, you may gain a new electric car, for example, or learn to drive. Perhaps Uber is about to offer you, your dream deal as a non-driver! Taurus, this transit is also about your brother, sister and cousin. You will benefit from them on this cycle. Finally, it’s about the internet and media. Luck is with you. It’s a great time to start a new website or buy a new laptop. You may expand from a YouTube channel to a radio or TV slot. Your words fly.
Jupiter is joined by Venus and there may literally be a ‘goddess’ female in the mix here. Somebody seductive and vain. Insecure about her looks. Marilyn Monroe mixed with Elizabeth Taylor mixed with Bettie Page. It may be the woman next door, for example. Or it could be your new web mistress. Do men embody Venus? Yes. Effeminate men can be Venusian. As a situation not a person, Venus ushers in emotional complications. Jealousy. A tremendous amount of opera and soap opera. So this accompanies the opportunity. Venus rules Taurus, your sign. So this is personal.
Gemini – You are in a financial gain cycle now, so you will save on a cheaper home or lower mortgage interest rates. You may also see the value of your real-estate rise. Jupiter will transit your Second House of banking, earning, savings, sales, purchases, property, charity, business and valuables. You could go to your local car boot sale and find an Antiques Roadshow windfall. This is the best cycle in 12 years to ask for a pay rise. I am not one of those astrologers who tells you to gamble or buy a lottery ticket, based on your horoscope (frankly, if it worked then capitalism would have collapsed centuries ago). However, the Second House is certainly about solid assets. Jupiter is about expansion, so the growth in value of sturdy investments is far more likely at this time. You may be offered a new income stream on this transit, or be given a share in a very successful new business. You could find you are box-office gold on this cycle, or see products or plans from 12 years ago reward you a second time. This is because Jupiter works on a 12-year cycle in Cancer. You can gain from that.
Venus in a conjunction with Jupiter is holding hands with him. She is in bed with him. She describes all relationships with powerful emotional ties (like parent-child) but also all romantic and sexual partnerships which can be as jealous as they are passionate. Venus is also a symbol of female beauty and vanity. That is why her symbol is a truncated hand mirror. She is usually painted with a mirror throughout antiquity. She now shows up in connection with everything you own, earn or owe, Gemini. And this is so fortunate for you. It’s a rare solution or opportunity.
Cancer – This is your image-booster cycle so your attachment to your home, home town and/or homeland could do wonders for your profile. Show off your place or patriotism. You were born with the Sun in Cancer in the Fourth House, so shine at your brilliant best, when you are at your most patriotic or proud of your town/city/state/county. It’s the same with your heritage, history, family tree and cultural origins. You glow, when you represent your class (for example) or your nationality. Cancer, on a more fundamental level, this is the cycle to target cosmetic surgery, weight loss, treatments for hair loss, new glasses or contact lenses or a new wardrobe. Jupiter in your First House is about overdue improvements for your image, portrait and profile. If your reputation needs repair, this cycle can help you. This is a relaunch cycle for you and it will begin quickly, with results by the third week of July. Self-promotion and publicity can grow enormously.
Venus is in a conjunction with Jupiter so there are major questions here about female beauty, female vanity, female insecurity (about women who are equally beautiful). The phrase ‘Mirror, mirror, on the wall?’ is a Venus question. This person may actually show up in your life, say, as a stylist or photographer. If you are a man and dating you may find yourself with a beauty on your arm who immediately makes you inspect your own reflection. Venus transiting the solar First House is rather like having your YouTube channel or your social media website taken over by women for a day or two. Or the female principle of ‘Relationships first.’ And yet, with Jupiter, you gain so much.
Leo – Leo, this cycle is about the benefits of being alone. So – meditating, writing a journal, spirituality or hypnosis. A bigger or better space offering solitude may be yours. You have Jupiter transiting the Twelfth House, which describes psychology, religion, psychiatry and the psychic world. Even if you are already a professional psychic or medium, you can fly higher on this Jupiter transit. The Twelfth House is about your soul’s expansion so although nobody else will see what is going on, you will appreciate the huge improvements to come, on the inside. The Twelfth House is associated with therapy and counselling and for many Leo people, it is time to fix private issues – phobias, for example, or ongoing anxiety or depression. The Twelfth House is invisible. Benefits from Jupiter transiting the Twelfth are intensely personal and only understood by a confidante, like a priest, rabbi, therapist and so on. Introspection benefits you now. So might Carl Jung. Dream interpretation could be a huge gateway. If you have been under psychic attack, this cycle can get rid of it. Those attempting it will regret it.
The Twelfth House is invisible to other people so what you gain will be unseen and unnoticed unless you confide in somebody. Venus is in a conjunction with Jupiter so it’s complicated. A woman may play the lead role in a solution or opportunity. If so she may be a Pocket Venus. Seductive, compelling to men, vain, envious of other women. Perhaps that is your psychologist today. As the Twelfth House rules the spirit world and also the world of dreams, a Venus type may show up there as well.
Virgo – This is your social gains, friendship fix and big group cycle. Need a bigger entertaining space or a place closer to your pals? How about a rental-with-friends? The transit of Jupiter in your solar Eleventh House will offer you new friends and better friends. The existing social ties and groups in your life will benefit you. So, for example, if
you are already involved with a football team, it may be the World Cup that sweeps you along. If you are already part of a charity, then it may receive new funding, enabling you all to do a great deal more. Friends benefit you now. They may be famous, rich, well-connected or successful. You are being given a chance to fly higher with allies, now. A brotherhood and/or sisterhood which genuinely feels like a great alliance.
The Eleventh House is about what you all want, alone, which can become collectively real. It’s rather like longing for a heated swimming pool and then discovering that your community can share resources to fund a community fitness centre. You may be accepted into a prestigious private members’ club now, or be offered a flattering role within a large network.
As Venus is with Jupiter in a conjunction in Cancer, this is clearly about a friendship or group involvement with sex on the agenda. And the two sexes. Venus may well show up in human form, in which case the female of the species is probably more deadly than the male. If you think about women who trot about half-naked in the music business (Madonna, even in her senior years – or Taylor Swift) you are halfway there. A new friend resembling the Venus archetype may appear or you may discover that Venus is making the team, club, band, political party (and so on) rather complex. Yet, with Jupiter here, you gain. You are thrown a massive solution, Virgo, or a rare opportunity.
Libra – If your career, unpaid role or course involves property, homes, gardens, the council, the government, defence, architecture, homemaking and so on – you gain in particular ways now. Jupiter in Cancer will elevate all these aspects of our lives from June 2025 until June 2026. Setting that idea aside for the moment, success could come your way through a lucky break. You may be discovered, for example. Even if you are already successful, a promotion, prestigious new role, number one hit or hugely beneficial work project could take off. This is also a cycle for academic achievement; the qualification you always wanted, or admission to a top university. The Tenth House is about status. The peak. The top of the mountain. As Jupiter’s transit harks back to life 12 years ago, what you produced then may reward you second time around. Jupiter is about a boom. It has been associated with thunder for 2000 years. There may be a boom for your particular talent, skill, niche or field. And this applies no matter if you are studying, between jobs, retired or in full employment. Do pursue that boom. Awards and glittering prizes call.
Venus is your ruler, Libra and she is in a rare conjunction with Jupiter on June 9th. You do gain so much from solutions and opportunities, affecting your goal and role. Yet Venus is also in the house, so there will be complicated relationships. Mother-son on an unusually close level is common. So too is husband-wife and also adultery between lovers. We also find jealousy between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law. A classic example would be a promotion at work involving a manager who is having an affair with her colleague. There are so many variations on this theme, Libra, but whenever we find Venus, we always find sex or seduction. We find operatic levels of romance. Or Eastenders, take your pick.
Scorpio – Your luck is with foreigners and foreign countries, so you could emigrate or do well from hosting tourists through Air BnB. A home exchange abroad is also possible. If you are already successful in your own country, export may reward you, or even a life-changing period of global expansion. The Ninth House, where Jupiter transits, is also about travel, for obvious reasons. Even if you are a seasoned traveller, you may now go further (and travel in style). Basic opportunities to gain from foreigners in your own town and country will also arrive. Perhaps foreign investors are interested in your work. The Ninth House also rules higher education and academia. This cycle can coincide with prestigious invitations to lecture overseas. This is actually Jupiter’s own house, in astrology, so there is a comfortable fit here, between your intentions to soar abroad, and what is possible with other cultures and languages.
Scorpio, Venus is in a conjunction with Jupiter which can only happen rarely, so you will find the gates open with foreigners, foreign countries, academia, the worldwide web and/or publishing, but with complications. Emotional complications. Female complexity. The green-eyed monster, perhaps, but also that old saying, ‘The heart wants, what it wants.’ A woman who represents Venus may be involved. The mirror may be important to her, to the point where she carts around a compact in her handbag at all times.
Sagittarius – You are about to have your most profitable financial cycle in 12 years, saving money, making it or gaining through cash in kind. Perhaps a cheap or free home? More ambitiously, it may be time to reclaim your business interests and gain from that; offer shares; purchase cryptocurrency. Astrologers do not give financial advice, so you are best off, reading your own Tarot or reading your own chart. As a general trend though, Jupiter is about the expansion of your assets and the growth of your bank account. One cannot say where, specifically, the gains come from, but if you remember life 12 years ago, you gained. If you were a child you may have won a competition and landed a bicycle and a cheque. If you were an adult you may have sold your first apartment at a profit. Jupiter is now in your Eighth House, which is the house of sex, death and money. You may inherit. You might gain from your partner’s windfall or begin dating somebody who has a luxurious lifestyle to share. Marry them, even.
Venus is in a conjunction with Jupiter, your own ruling planet, so this financial or real estate matter; this issue about valuables or business – is intensely personal. That is, this goes even beyond family bonds or partnership chemistry, into quite intricate questions about the politics between two people. Very commonly it is about mother and child. We also find it with adultery, of course. There is a whopping solution or opportunity here for you in terms of money made (or saved) but Venus is in the space. Look at the paperwork. The foibles of the human heart and female feeling are on a computer next to the numbers.
Capricorn – Dating? You two could marry or move in thanks to his or her offer. Committed? You two could renovate or move. A platonic two-bedroom share? Perfect! Jupiter is now transiting your Seventh House of partnerships. If you visualise a set of scales with yourself on one end, and a crucial person on the other, you will see how this transit can work. There may be more than one partnership, too. So this lucky cycle could be about your marriage but also a new work partner. If there have been problems in your partnership, successful counselling or a surprisingly amicable split are more likely on this astrology cycle. If you are single, a person who can expand your horizons will come along, with obvious intentions. Jupiter is about growth. The people you fall in love with now, or who fall in love with you, bring partnerships which let you see a bigger picture. Within an existing partnership it is time to go to the next level. So, you may decide to have a baby, buy a house or start a business together. If you two are already a ‘big’ couple expect an even more elevated step up in life.
Venus is in a conjunction with Jupiter so a great many astrologers will now be telling you that this is the love of your life, or this is the moment to become engaged, or this is the wedding from heaven. I am always amazed at how many astrologers don’t read history (or actual astrology, come to that). Venus was unfaithful to her husband Vulcan and slept with Mars. She was jealous of her daughter-in-law Psyche because her son Cupid was obsessed with her. Venus is not exactly straightforward! You are now about to see this with your other half, or perhaps the other side (if you two are in a battle). And yet, Capricorn, Jupiter is here too, so this is a sweeping solution of vast proportions.
Aquarius – Your lifestyle sector is boosted now. A She Shed to work in? A spa, pool, or better garden? Moving to a city served by superior pools, hiking trails or gyms? The Sixth House of your chart is where there is no separation between workload and wellbeing. You are at your happiest and healthiest when you are in a career; an unpaid role; a course – where you feel appreciated and admired for what you do. Even if you are serving others, it feels deeply fulfilling. In turn, you can bring all your energy and vitality to the task, because you are in tip-top condition. This is the ideal of the Sixth House and Jupiter’s transit will help you move closer towards it. A classic example would be resigning to work for yourself and having a four-day week with the fifth day spent detoxing and meditating. Job opportunities, big options for improved study conditions and a booming unpaid (honorary ) role are all traditional outcomes of this cycle – together with new chances for better health.
Venus in a conjunction with Jupiter in Cancer is rare, coming only every 12 years and it is very much about what you gain from your workload and wellbeing. Yet, lifestyle apart, there is a complicated human being here. A female or an effeminate man. In other cases there may be a complex relationship or partnership taking centre-stage. This is not just about the medical prescription, the gym membership, the job or the course. It is about people being all too human and that might include you. Venus tends to drag romance, crushes or even affairs in her wake. Undeniably, though, you gain from this story.
Pisces
Pisces – Parents, godparents and grandparents will see better options for children or teenagers at home, or in their home town. A bigger nursery, perhaps, or a new park. If you want a baby, the Jupiter transit of your Fifth House traditionally gives you the biggest and best opportunities to do that. Children and teenagers can expand your world in other ways. Your boyfriend’s young niece may become closer to you. You might find yourself tutoring young adults. The Fifth House is not only about a younger generation; it is also about courtship and the bedroom. If you are single then this 12-month period is a happy hunting ground, or you will yourself be pursued. As Jupiter always elevates and uplifts, you can expect to feel you are progressing. Moving on up, to quote Curtis Mayfield. You may have more choice, sexually, than you have for many years – thanks to an array of possible partners – or find that any issues in bed are solved. Jupiter is a great problem-solver as well as the lucky planet. This is the transit when your son could do very well at school, or your favourite godson could land a prestigious new job.
Venus and Jupiter together suggest your solar Fifth House is well and truly centre-stage on the 9th or 10th of June. You stand to gain from a rare opportunity of solution in the boudoir, the nursery or with an adult (younger) generation. Venus does bring certain cautionary notes with her. She is an ancient symbol of female seduction and beauty. She is also an ancient symbol of adultery. Venus was the mother of Cupid, who flung his arrows everywhere, and with no interest in what was sensible, ethical, moral or practical. So with Venus now lounging around in your Fifth House, what will you do? Fortunately Jupiter suggests you only stand to gain, Pisces. Do You Have a Cancer Stellium?
This is about your house, garden, apartment, home town, homeland, family circle and/or household. It is about what you stand to gain in terms of sweeping, grand solutions or rare opportunities to have more. A typical example would be the right renovation, at the right time, at the right price. Another example might be a home exchange you love.
Venus is in the picture along with Jupiter so a woman may be part of the story. If so, she is attractive, seductive, not necessarily historically faithful to her partners, compelled by family relationships (all emotion, not much logic) and the very picture of a 20th century female. All this and she’s wandering around in the 21st century too, but she has a special part to play in what unfolds for you, now. For example, she may be your new landlady. Or perhaps you are about to sell your apartment to her, or hire her as an interior designer. Jupiter reminds you – you benefit. He is what old astrologers called ‘a benefic.’
Do You Have Factors at 25 Degrees?
Jupiter and Venus also at 25 Cancer will form an aspect to the factor/s you have at 25 degrees. You gain from this. Yet the story will be very much about whatever it is, you have at 25 degrees, and the zodiac sign and house it is in.
So, for example, if you have the Sun at 25 Gemini, in your Third House of media and internet, Jupiter and Venus at 25 Cancer will be in a semi-sextile. Your ability to shine, show off and be at your brilliant best online – will be strongly affected by people, organisations or situations which are a big blessing. And yet, complicated too. So, for example, you may be offered a discount website by a woman in a menage a trois.

In the last few days I have been considering this Cancer-Jupiter conjunction and what it may bring.
I have a small conjunction in Cancer. I also see Jupiter and Cancer in my chart sitting close by each other in degrees, nearby this 25 degree conjunction. Some other planets/asteroids nearby 25. Maybe the North node and South node is most important at 25 Degrees Capricorn and Cancer.
Any insights of how this moment in time can be embraced and welcomed would be appreciated. Hoping for home, financial and working life may improve…..

Thank you Tara. You are a Sun Virgo with a Cancer stellium so should see a useful twist with your house, garden, apartment, town, country, family and/or household this week. We are about to get married, if he’ll ever move fast enough lol.

Thank you. You are a Sun Aries about to ride into the last days of Jupiter in Cancer. Just one suggestion – as you will hit delays, reversals or even cancellations with your home, family, house, apartment plans after June 13th until August 8th, you may want to sign on the dotted line with finality later on. If you must go ahead, have Plan B and C as Mercury Retrograde is with you. And in fact I was writing about this a year ago. You also want to sell your food business and develop another. You are about to go into a new financial cycle, until September, when a guide, mentor or other knowledgeable person will take you by the hand and show you a completely different way of making or saving money. It may be about the food business or something else entirely. This maverick cannot guarantee you 100% success but he or she (it will probably be a man) is savvy enough to be able to change the system, change you and change himself at the same time. When you do get away with it, you will have shifted the boundaries of what you used to think was okay. The ‘new okay’ is coming for you financially and perhaps with the house or apartment too. You will see more in 2027.

I would love to hear how you see my birth chart this month. I have paid work but I am trying to develop something more so I can retire from corporate work and continue to bring money in. I also have some concerns about my relationship going anywhere. We are older so there is no rush but I also want to possibly live with a partner again down the road. We can allow a one-degree orb in modern astrology, so your Juno in Gemini is picked up. This is about your Third House, which is under transit anyway, and is about your brother, sister or cousin. I am sure you know that 2025, 2026 is a complete change with this person, or for them, and from this comes far more room to move, space and independence. Juno in Gemini in the Third House is the commitment to a sibling or cousin, but Uranus there (now) is really about understanding ‘the past is a foreign country, they do things differently there’ to quote L.P. Unfortunately I’m going through a very difficult personal situation. My husband of almost 10 years cheated on me, not sure if this is karma because we got together when he was on the edge of breaking his first wife. I’m very hurt because it was unexpected and he’s been pushing me to sign the divorce papers asap. I’m very worried for my daughter, I find it very difficult to trust that his mistress can be a good person knowing that she could hear and see us interacting like a normal family and still decided to start a relationship with my husband.

Mercury Retrograde (backwards information and transportation) in Cancer (real estate, home town, homeland) is not great. The natural luck and protection of Jupiter wears off from 30th June. You may strike Mercury Retrograde types who are unable to make up their minds, for example. Or they go back on their word. You want to emigrate from Mexico, so your best bet is any time from August 8th onwards, when Mercury is back to normal and Jupiter (opportunity) is in your Fourth House of home – be it country or apartment, house or national identity. It may in fact be time to commit. This takes you to mid 2027.

Recently lost my dad which has been hard as I also lost my mum and brother in the last few years too . Thank you. Yes, eclipses are always a cover-up for one reason or another and your husband was hiding his symptoms, which is so understandable given what he was going through. With Mars, Saturn, Pluto and Diana in Libra in your Seventh House of marriage, you need to rebuild the scales that balance you, or even replace the old scales you have. I am sure you know this. You had a particular way of sitting on the see-saw before; the current oppositions from Saturn and Neptune in Aries are altering that for some time to come. Covid was hard enough to go through for you all, without this. They may lose their home after he defrauded them. You are a Virgo woman with Virgo, Leo and Libra stelliums. Their situation will test your patience until the first quarter of 2028 and then no more. About Venus Jupiter in Cancer – I am a freelancer & I do business with a friend of mine ( we have known each other when we were kids) & I started to know him better from the past three years he only ask me to do short jobs for him (last three years) . You could actually get away with it, even if you are in different countries, as your solar chart shows Chiron in Taurus in your Fifth House for the next few months and he will be back in 2027. The ‘new normal’ is usually anything but normal on this cycle. This is not partnership, though. It doesn’t really function like a commitment on that level. That 11, 12, 13 pattern in your birth chart between Leo (the boudoir) and Libra (coupling) also suggests that when Jupiter goes to 11, 12, 13 Leo you will be thrown an opportunity, either with him or another man. Almost as soon as Jupiter changes signs on June 30th you will begin to see what is possible.

Thank you. Sell or repair the home? Well, your brother may in fact make your mind up for you, as he stands to save or make money at a 12-year high from June 30th, right through to July 2027. There is a very delicate question here about who/what has the power, the control and is holding the reins. So sharing it as best you can with a compromise deal is wise. The rather stuck situation ends in the final week of July. You can certainly ask the Tarot and Oracles too for validation but that’s the timing. One of the reasons for the situation is karmic; about 18-19 years ago you set up a situation which is showing up now with your brother, but closure is just a few weeks away now.

Sure, William. You are being set up for new freedom and independence by 2027, romantically – or in terms of children and younger people. Uranus in Leo in the Fifth House can find himself with an unplanned pregnancy, but it can also be exciting at the time, as the baby can land when one had given up on all ideas about fatherhood. That’s one example. Uranus in Leo can also be a brand new same sex attraction which is a shock, but also brings huge freedom which was never there before. The rule with this planet in this sign and house is – it’s unique, unprecedented, wholly unexpected and always brings a kind of ‘snap’ as one breaks with the past. Reham, your old job situation fenced you in, even if you have not been able to appreciate that and so things must now change quite radically to give you the freedom, space and independence you are owed. This is years in the making but it will happen in stages with 2026 being step one. Try to be open to what/who is so totally unexpected, extremely unusual and perhaps even unprecedented. I am very blessed to have been born in Scotland. I have had lots of life events that have been very challenging. I am
hoping you can give me some insight into a property boundary issue which is causing me issues as I need to sell my derelict farm buildings with planning to convert and a house plot owned since 2004…I now feel my dream is not meant due to finance… a builder cheated me. But… Do you feel this project is still meant for me? Is there a miracle coming as I wanted to build a centre for people like my disabled daughter to access holiday accommodation and respite with activities on site.
The neighbour is a constant nightmare born June 1989 bought farmhouse and garden 2016. He objected to my planning application approved 2018. He is constantly taking more of my land and has ignored a solicitors letter asking to resolve this situation sent recently. My engagements with him and his wife have not been nice he’s very rude and aggressive….I dislike confrontation but am always polite but now its become serious with him fencing off a small building on my land and has cut a track with no right of way for his family to access riding a quad bike on this also round my field…. gate padlocked yet again… Can you give me a timeline for these boundary issues to be resolved? Hopefully without court action? there are no adverse possession entitlements in Scots Law.

Thanks Jenny. You need to sell your buildings. You want a centre for disabled people like your daughter to holiday. You also have a neighbour who won’t let you do what you want. The quad bike sounds ghastly, I am sorry you are going through it. You will find luck is with you, with all house, land and apartment issues, starting June 30 and even if you go around in circles until August 8, from that point on, you have fortune on your side. This applies to where you are now and where you could be. You have until July 2027 so a nice long time to see opportunities and solutions all over the place. You are strongly Leo with a stellium there and have a special role to play with children, teenagers and young adults. Jupiter is now chugging along out of Cancer and the final degrees, so moving from 26 to 27, 28, 29 before finishing on June 30th. He’s already aspected your chart so hopefully you picked up on foreigners or foreign places (Sagittarius) any sort of partner (Libra) and ways to make or save money (Taurus). Your legal issue is your huge stellium in Libra which rules the scales of justice, in your Seventh House of duets and duels, featuring Mars, the warrior. There’s no chart here, but if you have a Cancer stellium you hopefully took the big opportunity for garden improvements, apartment renovations, house or land price increases (upping your status with banks), home exchange websites and so on. I would so love it if this was true as last year I had to sell my home and come back to a friends rental place which I was grateful for but I don’t enjoy being here so have been pretty down about it.
