In My Birth Profile your date of birth is locked on first entry. If your date of birth is substantially different from the date of birth entered in the profile, you will be required to pay a manual adjustment fee to have the existing data erased so it can be re-entered. A substantial difference is two or more date aspects require adjustment. A date aspect is day, month or year.
For non-substantial birth data changes, please lodge a support request and we’ll be happy to take care of that for you.
